الاسد ينفي أن يكون النظام وراء الهجوم الكيميائي: لا دليل قاطع على ذلك

نفى الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد لشبكة "سي بي اس" الاميركية ان يكون النظام السوري مسؤولا عن الهجوم الكيميائي الذي وقع في 21 اب، قائلا ان لا دليل واضح على ذلك.
وقال المراسل تشارلي روز عبر "سي بي اس" الذي أجرى مقابلة مع الأسد في دمشق، ان الاسد "نفى اي صلة له بهذا الهجوم"، فيما تتوعد واشنطن دمشق بضربة عسكرية متهمة النظام السوري بشن هذا الهجوم.
واضاف الصحافي الاميركي ان "الامر الاكثر اهمية الذي قاله هو ان لا وجود لدليل على استخدامي اسلحة كيميائية ضد شعبي".
وستبث الشبكة الاميركية مقتطفات من المقابلة مع الاسد صباح الاثنين على ان تبث كاملة مساء الاثنين على شبكة اخرى هي "بي بي اس".
كذلك، نقل روز عن الاسد قوله انه "لا يعلم بالضرورة ما اذا كانت ستحصل ضربة" عسكرية لسوريا، وتاكيده في المقابل ان السوريين "استعدوا لهذا الامر بافضل ما يستطيعون".
وكثف الرئيس الاميركي باراك اوباما وادارته حملتهما الدبلوماسية لاقناع اعضاء الكونغرس الذين يعودون من اجازاتهم الاثنين بتاييد تدخل عسكري في سوريا.
وسيسجل اوباما الاثنين مقابلات مع ثلاث من كبرى القنوات التلفزيونية اضافة الى شبكات بي بي اس وسي ان ان وفوكس نيوز، قبل ان يتوجه الى الاميركيين الثلاثاء.

I said this before. In the eyes of Iran, this civil was having lasted two years already, Assad has already being deemed a failure. If I am reading between the lines correctly, in my humble opinion, Assad is saying that "he did not give the order". I believe that Iran gave the orders which is consistent with a phone call that Germany allegedly intercepted between an Assad regime high ranking Officer and a counterpart overseeing the C.W. facility frantically asking questions. Also, Russia's and China's position to support Assad's regime is more consistent with protecting Iran's ultimate goal in the region for all these players collectively and not just Syria.
