Lawyer Says Bieber is Making Progress on Probation Terms

Probation officials say a soccer injury kept Justin Bieber from completing the terms of his sentence in a misdemeanor vandalism case.

A probation report filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court states that Bieber cited a severe ankle sprain in early January as the reason he hasn't completed five days of community labor.

Probation officials did not recommend that a judge find Bieber in violation of his probation after he egged his neighbor's house in January 2014.

Bieber's attorney Shawn Holley told a judge Tuesday she expects the singer will complete his sentence by a May court date.

He was ordered to complete five days of community service, attend 12 anger management sessions, and reimburse his former neighbor $80,900 for damage caused by the eggs.
