Syrian security forces opened fire on protesters on Tuesday, killing four people, even as President Bashar al-Assad ordered a general amnesty, activists said.

"Two civilians were killed in Homs and six wounded when security forces opened fire on demonstrators calling for freedom," an activist in the central city said.

He named the slain protesters as Mohammed Drubi and Shaker Sahlul. "Three of the wounded were taken to a police station and on the way they were beaten and trampled," he added.

Two more protesters were killed in Mayadin district of the northeastern province of Deir Ezzor, a human rights activist said.

"Security forces opened fire when pro- and anti-government demonstrators came to blows," the head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdul Rahman, said, citing residents.

Rival demonstrators also clashed in Hama, an activist in the central city said. "Several cars, some of them belonging to the security forces, were torched," the militant said.

According to CNN quoting a high ranking U.S. intelligence, messages have been intercepted between Iran and the Syrian governments confirming that Iran has been supplying the Syrian murderous regime with arms and man power to kill the Syrian nationals who demand freedom and justice. Its also clear that Hizbullah has been involved in the killing as well. Did these these thugs forget that the Syrian people are not the Israelies? regardless of how hard they support Bashar to survive and to save the Syrian-Iran-Hizbullah alliance, the Syrian regime along with the Assad family are doomed and written off by the world community.
