Oussama Bachachi and Nancy Ajram have reached an agreement ending litigation and post-judgment proceedings in Harris County, Texas District Court arising from a dispute as to the production of the superstar’s May 2012 concert in Houston.
Mr. Bachachi, a prolific promoter of Arab and Middle Eastern performers in Texas, said "I am pleased that we have worked together to bring this to a close. Now we can focus on bringing the best music in the world to the people of Texas."
