Attorney: Friend Found Bobbi Kristina Brown Face-Down in Tub

An attorney said Wednesday that it was his client who found Bobbi Kristina Brown face-down in a bathtub last week and called 911, not Brown's partner.

Maxwell Lomas, 24, of Duluth, Georgia — not Nick Gordon — found Brown on Jan. 31 at a townhome in suburban Atlanta, said attorney Philip Holloway. Lomas and the 25-year-old Gordon were both listed in the police report as being at the home when investigators arrived.

The 65th Berlin film festival opens on Thursday with Oscar winner Juliette Binoche starring as an early 20th-century Arctic explorer in Spanish director Isabel Coixet's period drama "Nobody Wants the Night". 

Set in the forbidding reaches of Greenland's frozen tundra, the film is based on the true story of Josephine Peary, the headstrong wife of Robert Peary, an American adventurer who led several drives to reach the North Pole.
