the Special Tribunal's court is not a place where you can debate evidence, for the simple reason that the RPE (rules of procedures and evidence) allow them to convict someone WITHOUT showing him the proof, nor naming the witnesses.
It is also legal according to these RPE for the prosecution to withhold exculpatory proof, or proof that the accusation is not credible
