anyway, to answer what you said, about the STL being a place to plead a case, well in theory yes i would approve (although Nasrallah and HA are not concerned, if you take the STL's words, they targeted 4 people, not the party itself) but the problem is, from the very beginning, that the way it is made, the way the rules of procedure and evidence were built, makes it impossible to have a fair debate. The prosecution can withhold evidence from the defense, and yet it would still be admitted by the judges as long as they give the defense a "summary of the main points" of that evidence. this is just incredible, never seen before! how do you defend any case in those circumstances? the verdict is preplayed
