the resignation of the offense minister is probably damage control for his coalition, they will probably name him at another position shortly after the elections.

regarding the electricity problem, it's not only the power generation, it's the grid which needs to be renovated and upgraded. a lot of power is lost due to grid degradation, and many areas cannot receive more power because they do not have enough transformers. a big chunk of the cost of the project includes that
peace: akkar is poor and doesnt pay their bills, but we're not here all day telling you (or sunnis) to "pay their bills" in a derogatory way
