when justice is parodied into a political tool, better not expect anything from it.
whether you look at the asia times article, or the bulgarian opposition statement (both linked in this page) there is no way you can remain without doubt regarding this case.
im not saying you should disbelieve it right away, maybe they do have solid proof (you never know and i'd love to see that) but for the moment being this is just an accusation, and apparently a fragile one, nothing to make anyone guilty yet.

now we know nothing about the burgas attack, read the article above and you'll see that an israeli org picked up the victims' remains (so you'll never know who was really there) and so many facts dont add up so there's more than enough room to suspect it's a setup.

about the topic at hand, it's not because opposition parties usually oppose the governments (duh) that everything they say has to be made up. smart oppositions play their role of counter-powers by picking up their fights where they have an actual point to be made. if what they said here was totally unfounded, the government there would have smashed their faces on it with facts showing what they said was unfounded. and there would have gone their credibility.
