indeed they are expelling shias from the gulf, and i dont think it has anything to do with skills. it's a discriminatory measure to punish people based on their sect. they do this because they always hated shias anyway and they can't bear to see HA standing tall. you can either bend over and surrender your pride for personal gain (akin to prostitution) or tell them to go suck on a camel toe because you dont need their charity especially if it comes with arrogance and conditions.
