i saw the video, it shows nothing but a couple of men with their feet chained to a bed, no indication of where that hospital is (could be in saudi or in new york as far as we know) and no indication of the men's identities, their faces are conveniently covered with bandages.
as unique proof of "torture" we have a glimpse at a sort of rubber tube and red marks on one of the men's chest. this could be true, but as far as can be proved from the video, it could also be lipstick on the man's chest. it wouldnt be the first time they stage this kind of videos.
