whereas HA involvement was specifically on quseyr, where the civilian population had been told to evacuate and given over a week to do so, before the attack started.
so virtually no civilian was in quseyr during the combat operations, if any were it's becuase they were taken hostage by the rebels, and used as human shield.
quseyr was stuffed with thousands of combatants and booby-trapped to the rim, that's what the HA men attacked. unlike your scum of the earth mercenaries who attack civilians.
