اسرائيل ترفض حلاً اميركياً للنزاع مع لبنان حول المنطقة الاقتصادية

رفضت اسرائيل حلاً وسطياً عرضته الادارة الاميركية حول المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة المتنازع مع لبنان، وفق ما أفادته المعلومات الصحافية الخميس.
وكشفت صحيفة "غلوبس" الاقتصادية، الاسرائيلية، أن تل أبيب رفضت حل الوسط الأميركي بشأن المنطقة الاقتصادية المتنازع عليها، لافتةً الى أن هذا الامر من شأنه تأخير لبنان عن التنقيب عن النفط والغاز، خصوصاً في البلوط رقم 9، الذي يرى لبنان أن حدوده البحرية تقع جنوب منطقته الاقتصادية، الذي أعلنته إسرائيل حدودها البحرية الشمالية.
ويدور الخلاف في القاطع الجنوبي من الحدود البحرية اللبنانية في مثلّث مساحته 854 كيلومترا مربعاً رأسه في الناقورة وقاعدته على خط المنتصف مع قبرص بطول 15 كيلومتراً.
يُذكر أن لبنان تقدم في العام 2010 إلى الأمم المتحدة بشكوى تفيد بأن إسرائيل رسمت خط مياه اقتصادية حصرية يتعدى على الحقوق والحدود اللبنانية. وسعت الولايات المتحدة منذ ذلك الحين إلى إزالة التوتر المحتمل حول ذلك بشكل مباشر وأحياناً عبر القنوات الدولية.
يُشار الى أن وزير الطاقة بحكومة تصريف الاعمال جبران باسيل يطالب بالبدء بتلزيم البلوكات النفطية المحازية لاسرائيل، وقد وضع مرسومين لهذه الغاية مطالباً بعقد جلسة حكومية لبتهما. الا أن ميقاتي يرفض عقد جلسة نظراً لأن الحكومة الحالية هي حكومة تصريف الاعمال.
والمرسوم الأول يتعلق بإطلاق التراخيص للشركات التي ستلتزم "البلوكات"، وهو أنجز بعد تشكيل هيئة ادارة قطاع البترول.
أما المرسوم الثاني، فكان قد أقر في العام 2010، أي قبل تشكيل الهيئة، وهو عبارة عن اتفاقية تقاسم الانتاج مع الشركات التي ستكون مسؤولة بعد انتهاء المناقصات عن أعمال الحفر والتنقيب والاستخراج. ويحتاج هذا المرسوم الى قانون يصدر عن مجلس النواب، لكي يصبح ساري المفعول.
ورفع باسيل كتاباً الى رئيسي الجمهورية ميشال سليمان وحكومة تصريف الأعمال تمام سلام طالبهما فيه بالدعوة الى جلسة استثنائية للحكومة "لإصدار المرسومين، وذلك حفاظاً على الثروة النفطية وحماية لها من أي تعطيل داخلي حاصل ومن أي تعدٍ خارجي، خاصة من قبل إسرائيل بحسب ما تدل عليه المؤشرات والإجراءات العملية المتخذة من قبلها تباعا".

What is interesting in this story is that
a- nowhere is Lebanon's stance on the US Solution mentioned, as if to say that Lebanon has not even taken any notice of the US mediation, or can one presume that Lebanon also rejects it without specifically saying so.
b- nowhere does it mention just what the US Solution is.
Without these two clarifications, the whole article is useless, and just being used for Israel bashing.
