ارجاء الجلسة العامة الى 18 كانون الاول لعدم اكتمال النصاب

أعلن رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري عن ارجاء الجلسة العامة لمجلس النواب الى الثامن عشر من شهر كانون الاول المقبل، لعدم اكتمال النصاب.
وارجئت الجلسة التشريعية التي كنت مقررة الاربعاء، الى العاشرة والنصف من صباح 18 كانون الأول المقبل لدرس جدول الأعمال الموزع سابقا وإقراره.
يُذكر أن بري ومنذ تموز الفائت، يدعو الى اجتماع لمجلس النواب، الا انه يفشل في عقد الجلسة لعدم اكتمال النصاب. فرئيس حكومة تصريف الاعمال نجيب ميقاتي وفريق 14 آذار يرفضان حضور الجلسة التشريعية، لأن الحكومة الحالية هي حكومة تصريف أعمال.
أما تكتل "التغيير والاصلاح" فكان متمسكاً بعدم حضور الجلسة، مطالباً بري بإدراج بنود معينة على جدول الاعمال الا ان الاخير كان يرفض ذلك، الا أن التكتل أعلن الثلاثاء، عن موافقته على حضور الجلسة، من اجل تسيير شؤون المواطنين.

Aoun's bloc has boycotted previous calls by Berri to attend legislative sessions over the speaker's failure to include his bloc's items on the session's agenda."
I thought Aoun never boycotted the sessions:)

I am sick of reading the same story. Lack of Quorum! Unbelievable. They are failing the "Lebanese" people an failing miserably at their job.
I don't even believe in their legitimacy. How many parliaments in the world cote to extend their own term? Honestly people why do we keep up with this rubbish?
We are the definition of a failed state. Partition please.

the1phoenix we are the product of a failed experiment. What you say is true but since Lebanon's independence the country has witnessed turmoil in practically every decade. Why is that? Why does this not happen anywhere else? Because we as a country simply cannot coexist. Too many ideological differences. Way to many. I don't care if people disagree because deep inside they know I am right.
Shame, a real shame.

@the1phoenix I do not say this because I have any hatred towards the other side. On the contrary, I say this because I think if we do, then at least each side can determine its own future and path it would like to follow or at least attempt to. At the moment coexistence is bringing nothing but hatred and war. This has been happening for years. 70 years in fact. What exactly unites us in Lebanon? Nothing, absolutely nothing. Our aspirations are different in every way. Let's be honest with ourselves.

Exactly the1phoenix. I would wish them the best in their endeavours. I honestly do, but I do not want to be dragged into the abyss everytime the other sides decide we should. If they want to go there then be my guest. I would much rather concentrate on building our country, improve the economy in a way that it could sustain itself, improve social benefits and the health sector, invest in technology and science, encourage art and cultural prosperity and invest in properly training security personel so we can have stability rather than complete chaos. I couldn't care less about any other country's internal affairs. I guarantee the1phoenix that no one on our side does either but right now we are stuck on a ride others are steering and we are going no where but doom. Yes I want partition and I am not even ashamed of saying it.
