عيد: سأمثل أمام القضاء حين تسمح الظروف الأمنية بذلك

أكد الامين العام لـ"الحزب العربي الديمقراطي" رفعت عيد انه "سيمثل أمام القضاء المختص عندما تسمح الظروف الأمنية بذلك"، مردفاً أن " هذه المذكرة قد صدرت بفعل ضغط سياسي كبير".
وأشار عيد في حديث لصحيفة "السفير" نشر الإثنين، الى أنه "سيتجاوب مع مذكرة البحث والتحري الصادرة بحقه، وسيمثل أمام القضاء المختص عندما تسمح الظروف الأمنية بذلك".
وأضاف "أعلم أن هذه المذكرة قد صدرت بفعل ضغط سياسي كبير جدا، وعندما تتوفر الظروف الأمنية سأنتقل الى بيروت وأمثل أمام القضاء المختص للادلاء بكل المعلومات التي أملكها، والتي استندت عليها في المؤتمرات الصحافية التي عقدتها".
وفي هذا السياق، كشفت "السفير" أن "عيد قدّم معذرة الى القضاء المختص قبل أسابيع بعد طلب القاضي حمود الاستماع إليه على خلفية ما ساقه في مؤتمره الصحافي ضد فرع المعلومات، وأكد في حينها أن الظروف الأمنية لا تسمح له بالخروج من جبل محسن، طالبا إرسال المحققين الى جبل محسن للاستماع الى إفادته بما نسب إليه، لكن الجواب كان بأن الظروف الأمنية أيضا لا تسمح بارسال أحد".
وكلف المدعي العام التمييزي القاضي سمير حمود رئيس قسم المباحث الجنائية التحقيق مع الامين العام لـ"الحزب العربي الديمقراطي" رفعت عيد إستنادا إلى اﻹخبار المقدم بحقه من قبل قوى اﻷمن الداخلي.
وقدمت قوى الأمن الداخلي إخبارا إلى القضاء بحق عيد بعد تهجمه على شعبة المعلومات، في مؤتمر صحافي من طرابلس، قائلاً أن شعبة المعلومات "عميل بحق لبنان".
وقال عيد: "من حلل دمنا هو فرع المعلومات وحلال علينا دمه"، مضيفاً "فشرت عينه لفرع المعلومات ان ننزل لعنده، وعلي عيد لن ينزل الى فرع المعلومات".
كلام عيد أتى بعد أن قام قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا، بتسطير مذكرة جلب بحق، والده، رئيس "الحزب العربي الديمقراطي" علي عيد للتحقيق معه يوم الثلاثاء المقبل بملف تفجير مسجدي التقوى والسلام في طرابلس في 23 آب الفائت.
وظهر الاثنين، تسلم قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا، ادعاء مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على رفعت عيد في جرم تهديد شعبة المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي.
ويعكف ابو غيدا على دراسته تمهيدا لمباشرة التحقيقات والقرارات التي يقتضيها التحقيق.
يُذكر، أنه في 23 آب الفائت، أقدم مجهولون على تفجير مسجدي التقوى والسلام في طرابلس ما أدى إلى سقوط 45 قتيلا وأكثر من 800 جريح بحسب حصيلة غير رسمية.
من جانبه، رد وزير الداخلية في حكومة تصريف الاعمال مروان شربل، في بيان قائلاً أن "استسهال تحليل دم الأخرين من أي جهة كانت، هي لغة تكفيرية إجرامية يحاسب عليها القانون".

don't worry, if this goes on... and the alawite thugs keep mass murdering innocent people such as the twin bombings, the sunni will not only re-arm, but they'll do it in greater numbers and will be (unfortunately) joined by foreign jihadists as it is in syria. the LAF knows this, they have one chance to do it right.... because injustice can't go unpunished. hezbollah also knows this after they assassinated sunni and christians. everything will come in due time.

jabal mohsen are a bit outnumbered but better armed and get help from syria/hizbos/ssnp. Lots of alawites got trained in Syria, the older ones having fought for hafez in lebanon.
In an ideal lebanon, citizens shouldn't have weapons, but we all know what tripoli's sunnis/palestinians suffered at the hands of alawites...
