رأى وزير الخارجية والمغتربين في حكومة تصريف الأعمال عدنان منصور أن "الطيران السوري طيران شقيق ويجب ان نعرف حقيقة ما حصل غداة القصف على عرسال"، مردفاً " لا يجوز ان تكون ارض لبنان مهدّدة من سوريا ولا أرض سوريا مهدّدة من لبنان".
وأشار منصور في حديث لصحيفة "الجمهورية"، الثلاثاء، الى أن " الطيران السوري طيران شقيق، وليس طيراناً معادياً، ويجب ان نعرف حقيقة ما حصل. لذلك ننتظر ان تُطلعنا قيادة الجيش على التفاصيل والمعلومات المتوافرة كي نستطيع التعاطي مع هذه المسألة انطلاقاً من إطار الإتفاقات الأمنية الموقّعة بين دولتين شقيقتين، بعيداً عن المزايدات السياسية".
ولفت الى أن "الأمر يستدعي حفظ أمن البلدين معاً من خلال الاتفاقات الموقّعة، إذ لا يجوز ان تكون ارض لبنان مهدّدة من سوريا ولا أرض سوريا مهدّدة من لبنان، انطلاقاً من علاقات الأخوّة التاريخية التي تربط بين البلدين بعيداً من التشنّجات والمزايدات والحسابات الضيقة وبعيداً من الأحقاد والاتّهامات".
وشدد على أنّ "ما جرى لا يؤثّر على طبيعة العلاقات بين البلدين، والتي نريدها دائما تاريخيّة ومميّزة، علاقاتٍ لا تجعل من ارض أيّ بلد تهديداً لأمن البلد الآخر".
وقصفت طائرات حربية سورية جرود عرسال صباح الإثنين فيما ردت مضادات الجيش على مصادر النيران للمرة الأولى.
ولفتت الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام الى أن "الطيران الحربي السوري أغار على خربة داوود في عرسال، ويحلق في أجواء المنطقة، وقد جوبه من قبل الجيش اللبناني بالمضادات الأرضية".
يذكر أن الطيران السوري أغار خمسة صواريخ على الأقل في تشرين الثاني الفائت على مدينة عرسال.
وسبق ان تعرضت عرسال، البلدة ذات الغالبية السنية المؤيدة للمعارضة السورية والتي لها حدود طويلة مع سوريا، لقصف من مروحية للجيش السوري.
وكان الجيش اعلن في 12 حزيران الفائت للمرة الأولى انه اتخذ إجراءات "للرد الفوري" على اي "خرق" سوري جديد، وذلك بحسب بيان لقيادته بعد ساعات من قيام مروحية سورية بقصف وسط عرسال.

Although I disagree with anyone bombing Lebanon. Someone needs to put an end of terrorist activities on our borders.

Syrian gov is not legal in the actual circumstances in front of int law... (Not talking about putin rusia, khomaini's iran or north corea... This kind of statement should come as no surprise from a government in bondage to Syria. The honorable minister who is supposed to be our F.A minister seems to be a lot more preocuppied with Syrian affairs than ours. Maybe the time is now dawning on a new order for lebanon, where the Lebanese Army, in fact all the LAF will no longer be under the dictates of such unconvertible clowns, maybe we are now seeing changes beyond our most daring wishes, the coming months will tell.

There is no legality in breach of sovereign Airspace. And even if there is any deal, they would require to ask authorization. And if they did receive authorization, then this would be a major problem because whoever would have issued the authorization would be complicit in war crimes when there is a government directive not to interfere in the Syrian war.
