بري "يتخوّف" من أن يكون المستهدف التالي: الحكومة الحيادية تستدعي "اعتذار" سلام

أعرب رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري عن تخوّفه من أن يكون هو نفسه الهدف التالي على لائحة الارهاب "شيعياً"، لافتاً من جهة أخرى الى أن الحكومة الحيادية "تطيّر" الانتخابات الرئاسية وتستدعي "اعتذار" الرئيس المكلف تمام سلام.
وقال بري، الثلاثاء، وفق صحيفة "السفير"، ان "البلد تحول الى عصفورية"، معرباً عن تخوّفه من أن يكون هو الهدف التالي على "لائحة الإرهاب شيعيا، للإيحاء بأن السنة انتقموا من اغتيال (الوزير السابق محمد) شطح بالرد على الشيعة، وصولاً الى توسيع الشرخ بين المسلمين وإطلاق العنان لفتنة مذهبية تحرق الاخضر واليابس".
وكشفت الصحيفة أن بري طلب من المسؤول الأمني في حركة "أمل" أحمد البلعبكي رفع مستوى اليقظة والتنبه الى أقصى الحدود، لمواجهة المخاطر المحدقة بالداخل، والآخذة في التصاعد".
يُذكر أن شطح اغتيل صباح 27 الجاري، جراء انفجار سيارة مفخخة في ستاركو في وسط بيروت، ما أدى الى مقتل 7 مدنيين وجرح العشرات فضلاً عن الاضرار المادية التي لحقت بالابنية والسيارات المجاورة.
وفي الشق السياسي، نبّه بري وفق "السفير"، الى أن "أي حكومة تأتي من خارج التوافق الوطني، سواء كانت حيادية أو تحمل لون 14 آذار، ستقود الى تداعيات خطيرة".
واعتبر أن خيار الحكومة الحيادية يعني "تلقائياً تطيير الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة، وبالتالي ضرب موقع رئاسة الجمهورية، لأن محاولة فرض حكومة على الآخرين ستتسبب تلقائيا بقطيعة تامة وبتحطيم آخر جسور التواصل السياسي".
الى ذلك، استغرب بري البحث تشكيل حكومة حيادية، لافتاً الى أن الرئيس المكلف تمام سلام "ليس حيادياً، بالحد الأدنى، حتى لا نقول إنه جزء عضوي من فريق 14 آذار".
وقال: "هذا الطرح كان يجب أن يُناقش قبل تسمية الرئيس المكلف، كي يأتي التكليف منسجما مع معايير الحياد".
وأردف "الخوض في خيار الحكومة الحيادية يستوجب اعتذار الرئيس سلام وإجراء استشارات نيابية جديدة".
وشدد على أن "الحكومة لا يمكن ان تُفرض علينا، أيا يكن حجمها ومفهومها، وإذا لم يتشاوروا معنا يكونون قد وقعوا في المحظور الذي ليس من مصلحة أحد"، معتبراً أن "المصلحة الوطنية تقتضي التوافق على تأليف حكومة جامعة، تتولى الإشراف على إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية في موعدها الدستوري، بحيث نكون كلنا شركاء في إتمامها بنجاح".
يُذكر أنه وبعد استقالة حكومة نجيب ميقاتي في آذار الفائت، تم تكليف سلام تشكيل حكومة جديدة الا أن جهوده لم تنجح في ذلك، وتعهد الاستقالة بحال استقالة اي مكون من مكونات الحكومة. وفي حين تطالب قوى 14 آذار بحكومة حيادية تريد 8 آذار حكومة سياسية وقال رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط أنه "لن يصوت على حكومة من لون واحد".
وفي سياق متصل، شدد رئيس مجلس النواب على ضرورة إجراء انتخابات رئاسة الجمهورية في موعدها الدستوري، قائلاً "أنا أصرّ على ذلك، وسأبذل قصارى جهدي لضمان انتخاب رئيس جديد ضمن المهلة المتاحة".
وأضاف "الاستحقاق الرئاسي لا يحتمل المزاح والعبث، وينبغي احترام روزنامته الزمنية والتقيد بها".
وأشار الى أنه يعوّل الكثير على انتخابات الرئاسة التي "أجد فيها نقطة تحول في الوضع الراهن، ومدخلا الى الخلاص المنشود".
ولفت الى أن "الرئيس المقبل يمكن أن يمثل فرصة للإنقاذ، يجب عدم تفويتها والتفريط بها، على قاعدة السعي أولا الى التوافق وإلا يكون علينا أن نترك للعملية الديموقراطية ان تأخذ مجراها الطبيعي".
يشار الى أن ولاية سليمان تنتهي في أيار 2014، وحتى الآن تشير العوامل الى عدم الوضوح إزاء مصير الرئاسة الأولى، خاصة في ظل رفض سليمان التمديد لولايته.

Some years ago, speaker Berri said, that one third of the Lebanese will leave Lebanon, the second will die, and the one which will stay will go to Deyr El Salib. Well, it's been years since he said that, but being intransigent on most matters, refusing the obvious, pushing a big proportion of the Lebanese into a corner, ignoring their rights, dispensing second class citizen justice to them will only worsen the sentiments already at boiling point. There's literally no Lebanese that has it in him to hate our Shiite siblings in a natural way, no sensible Lebanese citizen is like that, the hatred rather is focused at what was once deemed a noble resistance then called Hezbollah, now still called Hezbollah but the furthest to what it once was. If this hatred is growing, then the explanation is aplenty for all to see, HA first in line.
