فرنجية: لمحاكمة ماجد الماجد في لبنان وتسليمه لدول أخرى انتهاك للسيادة

دعا رئيس تيار "المردة" النائب سليمان فرنجية إلى محاكمة أمير كتائب "عبدالله عزام" الموقوف المفترض لدى الجيش داخل لبنان، مشيرا إلى أن تسليمه إلى دول أخرى "انتهاك فاضح للسيادة".
وقال فرنجية بحسب بيان صادر عن مكتبه الإعلامي بعد ظهر الخميس "تتردد اخبار عن مطالبة دول بتسليم امير كتائب عبد الله العزام واحد قادة القاعدة الموقوف ماجد الماجد ، علما ان تسليمه، ليس فقط يشكل سابقة خطيرة، بل انه انتهاك فاضح لسيادة لبنان وضرب للانجاز النوعي الذي تحقق في القاء القبض عليه".
عليه شرح أن "الدولة التي تحترم سيادتها وقوانينها لا تتنازل عنها بطلب من اي دولة اخرى، فكيف اذا كان الموقوف مرتكبا وخطيرا ومشروع تخريب وفتنة".
وطالب فرنجية "بأن تُحترم سيادتنا وان لا يُسلم المدعو ماجد الماجد لاي دولة اخرى بل تتم محاكمته في لبنان حفاظا على ما تبقى من هيبة دولتنا وسيادة وطننا وامن مواطنينا".
وكان قد أعلن سفير السعودية لدى لبنان علي عوض عسيري ان عينات من الحمض النووي سترسل الى لبنان للتأكد من ان الموقوف لدى السلطات هو نفسه امير كتائب عبد الله عزام ماجد الماجد، وأشار الى انه تم التأكد من هوية الماجد 90 في المئة معتبرا أن الحمض النووي يحسم القضية نهائيا.
وقال "لبنان بلد ذات سيادة ولكن اذا لزم الامر ورأى الطرفان حاجة في ذلك يمكن التعاون في التحقيقات".
من جهته أعلن سفير إيران لدى لبنان غضنفر ركن ابادي أن "ايران طلبت من لبنان رسمياً المشاركة في التحقيق مع ماجد الماجد، باعتباره انه المسؤول عن تفجير السفارة الايرانية في بيروت".
يذكر أن هناك حكما صادر عن القضاء في 2009 في حق ماجد الماجد بتهمة الانتماء الى تنظيم "فتح الاسلام" الذي قضى عليه الجيش اللبناني بعد معارك طاحنة استمرت ثلاثة اشهر في مخيّم نهر البارد للاجئين الفلسطينيين في شمال لبنان في 2007.
والماجد "مدرج على لائحة من 85 اسماً" لمطلوبين من السلطات السعودية للاشتباه بصلاتهم بتنظيم القاعدة.

the_roar fact is we have to see who is the worst ones. The ones that bombed and humiliated Lebanon, or the ones sponsoring the people exploding people on both sides. Now Syria helped us against Israel in 2006 aswell as Iran.
