Read this story in English
gruesome! m14 takfiri-lovers trying to find excuses for despicable acts like this in 3...2...1...
Finding excuses for the unforgivable acts of terrorists like Hezbollah is your department Mowaten. No one in M14 or other parties enjoy or support terrorism and violence. Only in the illusion you live in depicted by Aoun and Nasrallah. Your "beacons" of truth, democracy and human rights in the middle east :) Supporters of Bashar the Just, "Loved by his People".
Mowaten - you are the last one to talk. Where are your calls for the arrest of Ali Eid who refuses to comply with judicial orders related to the mosques bombings? Where are your calls for thee Hizb to hand over those charged with the murder of Rafiq Al harirri or the attempted murder of a sitting MP or the murder of hashem salman. On my side, I hope that anyone involved in this vile crime is arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Dear Flamethrower: I could not help but notice that you have been banned once again. What have you done to deserve such a severe punishment, huh? Allah Yihmeek Ya Rabbb!!!!
I agree it is indeed sad but I am not sure I agree with you that HA is doing same when protecting shia villages in Syria. I am no HA defender but I seriously doubt they will resort to such acts
coolmec.... sorry to disappoint you. When HA shells syrian villages with heavy artillery and multiple rocket launchers and executes in cold blood unarmed civilians (many youtube videos), you think it is not the same? It is worse much worse! What do you think HA is doing in Syria.... tourism? They are committing the worst massacres under the name of Hussain. Wake up man.... do some research..... it does not take much effort.
coomec - Let us assume that HA does not commit cold-blooded murder (despite evidence to the contrary). The Hizb is assisting one of the worse criminal regimes in the world that has committed many massacres, crimes, extra-judicial killings and torture. It is as if a criminal protest to the Judge: "Your Honor, I had nothing to do with the rape of this woman, I simply held her down because she was fighting too hard."
without going that far, right there in bab el tabbaneh, when the bomb exploded in haret hreik they heavily opened celebratory fire.. that's what started the new round of fighting with jababl mohsen
with people of your mentality surrounding them, attacking them and shelling the,, no wonder they want to snipe you.
That's true but if this had been a Muslim who had this happen to him in a shia area, then you would say he deserved it because he was a "takfiri dog and terrorist". So leave others to condemn this, honest people who do not differ between criminals, not like you who finds excuses when the criminals are shia.
Thank God for HA charity activities in Syria. They are feeding starving women and children.
eagledawn
Again I am no HA supporter nor do I support their involvement in Syria.
Shelling is one thing but beating an innocent man is another
I always viewed Ha as fighters devoted to their cause. I cannot see them beating an innocent and defenseless man like this. I may be wrong if proven otherwise
There is a video of them executed a captured wounded rebel soldier. Also, I refer you to Hashem Al-Salman, a young Lebanese protestor they killed in Beirut not long ago.
In all honesty I am not aware of this incident. If indeed it did happen that would be very unfortunate and sad. It means we are drifting to chaos
Simon90 - This story is false and outright lie. Shame on you. The only shots that were fired were by the Hizb member. In addition, the demonstrator did not even get close to the embassy, In addition, the US embassy does not have an army of thugs who attacks demonstrators. SHAME ON YOU.
Also HA has nothing to do with the historical inimity between Jabal Mohsen and Bab tebbaneh
Historical enmity is a stretch. The enmity goes back to December 1986 when in one day hundreds of residents of Bab Tebbaneh were massacred by the Assad army and its collaborators. And to this day, you see pictures of this monster hanging all over Jabal Mohsen. So yes, the attack on any Alawite is a crime and should be severely punished. But those who support the Assad regime (not you) should spare us all their indignation. Millions of Sunni could be murdered and they would still justify the murder.
Alawites were imported a century ago, they belong to syria. They eat Syrian food, the they think like the Syrian giraffe, they kill Lebanese like a Syrian, they steal lebanon like Syrians... They belong in the Syrian desert.
primesuspect .... There is no such a thing as Alawite food. While there are local variations in some of the way certain foods are prepared, they are not based on sect but on region. Most Alawites in Syria live in the coastal mountain area and not in the Syrian desert. There are also concentrations around Homs and Hama. Damascus also contains a sizeable but recent population of Alawites.
Instead of condemning the attack M14 do what they do best - blame hezbollah. There excuse for everything is hezb, hezb, hezb. Pathetic
They blame hezb for everything, when they get sick it was hezb, the extinction of the dinosaurs, it was hezb. When they get heart attacks it is Hezb too.
I know. poor hizb. they are always victimized by the bullies known as M14. They commit suicide by blowing themselves up and plant evidence against the hizb in order to tarnish the hizb's impeccable image. These darn M14 deceased people are such bastards for going out of their way to prevent the hizb from spreading peace and prosperity to all of Lebanon regardless of sect or welfare.
Zakblat
I guess that shows you how polarized is the Lebanese society. It is sad to notice that all you see is M8 blaming M14 and vice versa. It reached a point whereby the country's well being is reverted to the back burner. No one realizes or don't care that the country is going down All energy is devoted to blaming each other
Sad indeed
Mystic
Let's be fair M8 blames M14 and vice versa At least that is what I have noticed. They would be far more productive if they quit blaming each other and compromise, work together for Lebanon's sake
There is a difference, between false blames, and accusations with proofs behind them.
and that applies to my fellow citizens here on this site as well as to our politicians
the criminals behind the tripoli bombings are not lebanese. they are syrian agents planted here by the satanic SAA and they do not pledge allegiance to the lebanese flag or the president but to bashar. get out of tripoli and keep walking till you see a sign that says tartus.
I don't believe the majority of the people fighting each other in tripoli are takfiris i think there's a lot of hired drugged out thugs who wouldn't know a single thing about god and religion just like the scum that are planting these bombs in lebanon, arrest the big players and these thugs perish .
If hizbollah want to form a political party and sign an agreement that their arms are never to be used against lebanese citizens that would be a giant progression in them taking part in government
The parody of shame for Lebanon, anyone putting up the picture of a foreign leader like this cannot and should not call themselves patriots. Imagine in let's say Paris, in any neighborhood, the picture of Obama was placed at the entrance of that neighborhood. It is true, Bachar was and remains my enemy, but to each one his affinities anyway, but that's besides the point. Before our civil war, it was so common to see pictures of Jamal Abdel Nasser, Hafez Al Assad, Yasser Arafat, Kaddafi and other foreign leaders adorn the streets of some cities in Lebanon, Now we know that same sick spirit that brought birth to that war, now as if we learned nothing, we are yet again going it the very same path.
Beloved phoenix, in Syria they put up pictures of Hezbollah which are Lebanese. In Tripoli you will find pictures of Al Assir hanging on the buildings, is that patriotic? People love who they want, sunni loves their leaders, shia loves theirs, christians theirs. Thats Lebanon for you brother.
@Phoenix, people here in Leb put pictures of Che Guevara in their homes, does that make them unpatriotic? He was a foreigner too.
My dear brother Mystic, you see, if they erected the pictures of Sayed Hassan, akid akid akid I'll have nothing to criticize, Sayed Hassan, or Berri, or Sayed Mousa Sadr, or Saad Hariri, or Geagea, or Aoun, or Frangieh, they are Lebanese like everyone of us. Some support them, some don't. But Bachar is a totally different story, whether we support him or not, he is NOT Lebanese, that alone is enough to make me call it a parody of shame. Masalan I always keep near me the holy book of Nahjel Balagha by the blessed Imam Ali (3aleyhul Salam), and from him I take lots of inspiration. I know some of my Christian Maronite relatives who inside their homes display the pictures of Sayed Hassan, again, I respect their choices, but the day they put up the picture of Bachar in their homes, I'll lose my respect for them. My Logic: Lebanese for me is fine, foreign is not.
@Phoenix bro, it is ok if you disrespect them for that, that is your choice to do so, just like it is their choice to hang those pictures, not just Assad is being pictured, if you go to Tripoli, you will see Saudi flags, even pictures of foreign fighters killed in Syria. It is not uncommon. But we still have to remember, that the Jabal Mohsen residents are Lebanese citizens as much as you and me.
Habibi phoenix, i believe in Jesus christ a.s too, & the mother of us all Mariam al 3adra.
Of course brother Mystic, I cannot dispute anything you said here. I also strongly oppose anyone who displays Saudi flags, in as far as concerns me, it's as preposterous an insult. I also accept that residents of Jabal Mohsen are as Lebanese as us all, it's just that putting pictures of Bachar these days smacks of blatant provocation, at a time when it would have been a lot better if both opposing sides found ways to tone it down, for the sake of their respective residents, and for peace to prevail in Tripoli and Lebanon. For example I am one who has total dislike for Al Assir, but then, that's quite another story. But as I said my dear brother, for me anything foreign is just not acceptable.
Allah ye7fazak ya Mystic, I truly appreciate your writing, bless you bro. Wallahi wou alf wallahi, it just shows and proves to all, that we Lebanese are the best people anywhere. We disagree here and there, but the truth in our hearts there's nothing but our ardent desire to live side by side as one people. If only people left us alone, to live as we love, Lebanon will never be heard on the news except for making the biggest Humus hence and so forth. people will come into Lebanon and discover a country like NO other, with so much richness of cultures, traditions, hospitality and friendliness. I remember, we had that Lebanon before our civil war, friends remained friends and no one could take that away from us Lebanese. May peace come back soon, so that we can all breathe again.
