إعتداء على طفل سوري في مرجعيون من قبل مصاب بـ"الإيدز" والدولة والجمعيات غائبة

حصل اعتداء على طفل سوري في الرابعة من عمره في بلدة مرجعيون الجنوبية وتبين أن الجاني يحمل مرض "الإيدز".
وأفادت صحيفة "النهار" الخميس أن الاعتداء "هو الابشع من نوعه على الطفولة، وخصوصاً على الاطفال الذين يتركون وسط مخيمات البؤس واماكن اللجوء القسري دون حسيب او رقيب بين ذئاب بشرية لا ترعوي ولا تقيم وزناً للاخلاق ولا للضمير ولا لأي مشاعر انسانية واخلاقية".
أما في التفاصيل فأشارت إلى ان "طفلاً سورياً في الرابعة من عمره تعرض للاعتداء من احد العاملين السوريين الذي يقيم الى جانب عائلة لاجئة ويعمل لدى والد الضحية" في مرجعيون.
وأضافت "الاسوأ في ما جرى ان الجاني وبعد اعتقاله واجراء الكشف الطبي عليه تبيّن انه يحمل فيروس مرض فقدان المناعة المكتسبة "الايدز".
ونقلت الحصيفة عن "احد ارباب العمل اللبنانيين أنه لاحظ ان احد عماله يبكي في مكان عمله، وبعد الاستفهام والاستيضاح منه عما يجري، أفصح العامل السوري عن مكنونات صدره، وفيها ان احد العمال السوريين قام بالاعتداء على طفله البالغ من العمر اربع سنوات فقط".
عليه تم ابلاغ الاجهزة الامنية التي قامت بإعتقال الجاني واستدعاء الطفل وعائلته والطبيب الشرعي الذي اكد حصول الاعتداء واشار الى اصابة الجاني بمرض "الايدز".
هذا وكشفت الصحيفة أن "الطبيب الشرعي تقاضى المال لقاء معايتنه الطفل والجاني، فيما لا وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية ولا الجمعيات التي تعنى بشؤون الاطفال واللاجئين السوريين تحركت للتعامل مع هذه الحادثة – الفاجعة، علماً ان الجاني قد يكون ارتكب فعلته مع آخرين، وهذا ما يؤدي الى تعميم الاصابة بالمرض القاتل".
يشار إلى أن اللاجئين السوريين يعيشون في لبنان في ظروف قاسية. وبالرغم من المساعدات المحلية والدولية الخفيفة، إلا أن لا قرار سياسيا بعد بإقامة مخيمات لإيوائهم.
ويطلب لبنان قرابة 7 مليار ونصف لحل أزمة اللاجئين.

I'm with coolmec that this abused child should not be sentenced to seeing his abuser for the rest of his life, but, since now we know that that story about Kim Jung Un's uncle being fed to the dogs is a hoax, I suggest we ship him to South, and not North, Korea, where castration - albeit merely chemical, and not knifely - is the normal punishment for rape. Cruel and unusual punishment has its positive side, after all.

@flamethrower the issue is the kid being rapped; and any medical test done before admitting people into the country would only solve the second half of the problem (which is the HIV part). I think the real issue we have in Lebanon is that the law is too lax so people are not afraid of the outcome of their actions.
