You knpw damn well Le Phenicien that a field army is useless in urban warfare and thar the Hizb with his 'black shirts ' is a good help in the matter. The syrian army is strong on paper as past conflicts have shown! It's only strong shooting down civilians in Ashrafieh, bit not enough to quell a syrian uprising ! As to Zawahiri he could love amy whinehouse so do I, it doesn't mean a thing as far as the quest of the syrian freedom fighters are concerned! Sharing some of the freedom values which the west has helped estblish, the balances and checks put in place , doesn't make democracy perfect, doesn' t make us all equal in international forums.But defending freedoms across the world doesn't make it the West property, or make you an agent of the west for that matter!
