idk if u guys live in lebanon, but right now these ppl are everywhere! theyre used for begging, those adults may or may not b their parents. they give the babies sedatives to keep them asleep and quiet in the sun or cold all day. as the kids get older theyre taught to beg, then eventually to sell and beg. it is entire families involved in this.

Remember the other article stating 3 women in a Mercedes kidnapped a child in Baalbek ... This could be part of this ring.
