رفع الجيش الإسرائيلي حال التأهب على الحدود اللبنانية في الجنوب بعد تأكيد حزب الله أنه سيرد على الغارتين اللتين استهدفتا موقعا له في جنتا منذ يومين.
وقال الإذاعة الإسرائيلية أن قوات الدولة العبرية "زادت حالة التأهب على امتداد الحدود الشمالية تحسباً لاحتمال رد حزب الله على الغارة الجوية على الحدود السورية اللبنانية.".
وبحسب الإذاعة طُلب من "سكان منطقة الشمال بعدم الاقتراب من السياج الحدودي".
كذلك تكثيف انتشار جنود الجيش الإسرائيلي قرب التجمعات السكنية في المنطقة.
وأضافت الإذاعة أنه "وضعت فرق الحماية التابعة لسكان هذه التجمعات في حالة تأهب زائدة".
وكان قد شن الطيران الاسرائيلي شن غارتين ليل الاثنين على الحدود ليقر حزب الله اليوم أنها ضربت قاعدة له في جنتا.
إلا أنه أعلن "إن هذا العدوان الجديد هو اعتداء صارخ على لبنان وسيادته وأرضه وليس على المقاومة فقط"، مضيفا انه "لن يبقى بلا رد من المقاومة، وإن المقاومة ستختار الزمان والمكان المناسبين وكذلك الوسيلة المناسبة للرد عليه".
وهي المرة الاولى التي تستهدف فيها اسرائيل موقعا لحزب الله في الداخل منذ نهاية حرب تموز 2006.
