أغار الطيران الحربي السوري على عدة مناطق في جرود عرسال البقاعية الواقعة على الحدود اللبنانية-السورية صباح وبعد ظهر الجمعة في وقت أقدمت "جبهة النصرة" على اعدام مواليين للنظام السوري في جرود المدينة.
وأفادت الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" بعد ظهر الجمعة أن "الطيران الحربي السوري نفذ منذ قليل غارات على منطقة وادي الزمراني على الحدود اللبنانية السورية في منطقة عرسال".
وفي حين أكدت قناة "العربية" شن ثلاث غارات بعد الظهر، نقلت عن الهيئة العامة للثورة السورية (التي تعتمد على ناشطين ميدانيين في سوريا) تأكيدها سقوط اثنين وعشرين غارة على القلمون في سوريا وعلى عرسال
وفي هذا الإطار أشارت الوكالة المذكورة إلى "نقل جثتي شاب وفتاة سوريين وخمسة جرحى الى المستشفى الميداني في عرسال، سقطوا جراء الاشتباكات الدائرة في القلمون السورية".
صباحا أشارت الوكالة عينها إلى غارة "خربة يونين في جرود عرسال، على السلسلة الشرقية".
وبعد دقائق لفتت إلى أن الطيران السوري "أغار مجددا على خربة يونين في جرود عرسال، وقد سقطت على البلدة المذكورة 4 صواريخ نتيجة الغارتين".
من جهتها أفادت اذاعة "صوت لبنان" (93.3)، ان الطائرات السورية استهدفت تجمعاً للمعارضة السورية في جرود عرسال.
وهذه ليست المرة الاولى التي تتعرض فيها بلدة عرسال ذات الغالبية السنية والحدودية مع منطقة القلمون السورية، والداعمة للمعارضة السورية، لغارات سورية أو لإطلاق نار من الجانب السوري، أو لسقوط صواريخ.
كما شهدت بلدات الهرمل، الداعمة للنظام السوري، سقوط صواريخ، تبناها الثوار السوريون رداً على سقوط صواريخ على عرسال.
من جهة أخرى أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام الجمعة" ان "جبهة النصرة" نفذت في جرود عرسال، حكم الاعدام بسوريين اثنين مواليين للنظام وهما على ومحمد الكوز.
ولفتت الى ان الجبهة كانت قد وزعت بيانا بحق 12 سوريا تتهمهم بالتعامل مع النظام.

It is sad to see so much patriotism especialy from someone who lives in a land where hundreeds of lebanese from all sect religions and regions died trying to lebarate..

Dozens of rebels are killed infiltraying syria from lebanon via arsal and others. It makes sense that the outskirts, where thy'd cross syrian soil, are targetted.

those strikes "near arsal" are actually right on the border. khirbet younin is a little farm with half a house a few hundred meters from syria. i'm sure that like always the arsal drama queens are lying to say the strike was in lebanon, when they proabably hit the "babies" as they crossed into syria to go and kill syrians.

I don't take sides in this conflict. Atrocities are committed by both sides! All deaths are horrible and there is little to no difference between the "moderate terrorist" you mention and Bashar's terrorist regime. They should all be eliminated / terminated !
My only position is that all Lebanese involved in this conflict must pullout. The bulk of which are Hezbollah fighters who are committing similar massacres !

All these OUTSKIRTS towns are in Lebanon by the way. A sovereign country that was attacked by the Syrian government. This would be considered as an act of war by any country that respects itself. Seems our politicians (M8) do not consider Lebanon to be a sovereign country and still consider it to be a Syrian province at the service and under orders of Bashar.
Doesn't it outrage you ? Do you consider yourself a Syrian citizen ?

To General Michel Aoun : this is your chance to show your fellow countrymen you are in fact the "strong" presidential candidate you pretend to be.
1- Have your Bassil file a complaint to the UN Security Council against the Syrian regime !
2- Pressure Hezbollah publicly to pull out
3- You will have all the backing you need to finally become president.
Any other way and you will remain a puppet of Hezbollah and Bashar to the eyes of Lebanese patriots ! Should you reach the presidency, you will be perceived just like Lahoud and others before him as a Syrian "governor" of the former republic of Lebanon !
Grow some balls and make use of the word "Patriotic" that you abuse in your party's name !

Syrian warplanes strike Arsal because terrorists are there. Last I looked at a map, Arsal is in Lebanon. ERlier, Israeli war planes struck inside Lebanese territory for the same reason. The glorious resistance swore revenge on the Israeli attack. A violation of Lebanese sovereignty they said.
And when Syrian warplanes did the same, our glorious Resistance of course jumped to Lebanon's defense?? No, they cheered the Syrian warplanes.

The same violation drawing different Hezbollah responses. Is Hezbollah principled as a "resistance", or a resistance in name only, a mirage, a cover for what Hezbollah really is.
These two episodes in the same week should cause the writers of the policy statement to do away. With resistance as a description of what Hezbollah is. It is a tool of war asking policy funded, trained and armed by Iran, existing on Lebanese soil, usurping Lebanese state authority. The Iranian ambassador should be directed to either end it's support for this ongoing violation of Lebanese sovereignty! or be expelled and relations terminated.

FT, last I looked, Mustaqbel doesn't have a standing army. It is a political party, as Hezbollah is supposed to be. Sure some people free lance, but when the Hezbollah makes profound pronouncements of its determination to engage in the Syrian War and to commit its standing army, do not think that there is parity between free lancing Lebanese Sunnis, and this organized armed participation by Hezbollah.
At least Hariri and Mustaqbel are working to restrain their people. Nasrallah is, on the other hand drafting foot soldiers to go to the Syrian fronts. Not the same
