قاووق: نرفض أي بيان وزاري يرضي إسرائيل

أكد نائب رئيس المجلس التنفيذي في "حزب الله" الشيخ نبيل قاووق أن " المطلوب من البيان الوزاري هو أن يشكل رسالة قوة ومنعة واقتدار وعزة للوطن بوجه كل التحديات التكفيرية والإسرائيلية"، مردفاً " نرفض أي بيان وزاري يرضي إسرائيل".
وأشار قاووق في كلمة له، الأحد، الى اننا "نرفض أي بيان وزاري يرضي إسرائيل لأننا لا نريد أن نفرط بعنوان قوة لبنان الذي هو المقاومة، واننا حاضرون لتحمل كل أشكال الإساءة والتحريض لأن المسألة لا تختص بحزب أو بحركة أو بمنطقة أو بطائفة، بل بكرامة الوطن، ومن لا يريد لنفسه كرامة لن نفرض عليه ذلك، لكننا لن نسمح بأن يفرط بقوة لبنان أمام المخاطر الإسرائيلية".
ولفت الى "ان قوة المقاومة وتعاظم قدراتها وشجاعة قرارها هو ما يردع إسرائيل عن استغلال الأزمة السورية وتنفيذ عدوانها على لبنان وليس بيانات فريق 14 آذار، فالذي أذل وأهان الجيش الإسرائيلي منذ العام 1948 إلى اليوم، هو المقاومة وليس أي شيء آخر، فمن الذي يضمن النوايا الإسرائيلية تجاه لبنان إذا فرطنا بقوة لبنان وبالمقاومة"؟
أضاف: "المقاومة لم تكن تطلب من الحكومة أي غطاء سياسي لموقفها في سوريا، إنما كانت تطلب موقفا وطنيا قويا بوجه إسرائيل. والمطلوب من البيان الوزاري هو أن يشكل رسالة قوة ومنعة واقتدار وعزة للوطن بوجه كل التحديات التكفيرية والإسرائيلية، لا أن يشكل رسالة طمأنينة لإسرائيل".
وشدد قاووق على أن "المقاومة تلتزم حماية أهلها وهي ليست ممن يقصر أو يتساهل في واجب جمهورها المستهدف من التكفيريين، بالقصف وبالسيارات المفخخة هنا وهناك، فنحن نقوم بما علينا في سوريا لمواجهة الخطر التكفيري في منبعه، وجاهزون في الداخل لأن نضع كل امكاناتنا في خدمة الجيش اللبناني الذي يتولى بجدارة مسؤولية ملاحقة الارهاب التكفيري ومواجهته".
وكان رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان اعتبر ان "اعلان بعبدا" الذي بات "وثيقة دولية" هو أهم من البيان الوزاري الذي يتغيّر مع تغيّر الحكومات، وفق ما نقله عنه زواره.
وشدد على ضرورة "إدراجه في البيان الوزاري".
وصدر إعلان بعبدا في حزيران 2012 نتيجة لطاولة الحوار التي شكلها سليمان وتم التوافق فيه على تحييد لبنان عن سياسة المحاور والصراعات الإقليميّة والدوليّة وتجنيبه الانعكاسات السلبيّة للتوتّرات والأزمات الإقليميّة، وذلك حرصاً على مصلحته العليا ووحدته الوطنيّة وسلمه الأهلي، ما عدا ما يتعلق بواجب إلتزام قرارات الشرعيّة الدوليّة والإجماع العربي والقضيّة الفلسطينيّة المحقّة.
وتشكلت حكومة سلام منذ أسبوع ونيف بأجواء توافقية ضمت فريقي النزاع بدون حزب "القوات اللبنانية" الذي يرفض الجلوس مع حزب الله ويتمسك بإعلان بعبدا "معطوفا على أبرز نقاط مذكرة بكركي" في البيان الوزاري.
وعقدت لجنة البيان الوزاري جلستها السابعة، السبت، دون التوصل الى صيغة مرضية لفريقي 8 و14 آذار إزاء إدراج عبارتي "إعلان بعبدا" و"ثلاثية الجيش والشعب والمقاومة" في البيان.
