أعمال السرقة والخطف تهدد أمن المجتمع البعلبكي وعدد ضحاياها يتزايد

أفادت معلومات صحافية أن "عدد ضحايا أعمال السرقة والسلب والخطف بقوة السلاح في منطقة بعلبك والهرمل يتزايد يوميا"، مردفة أن " هذه الاعتداءات هي جريمة منظمة تهدد أمن المجتمع البعلبكي".
وأشارت صحيفة "النهار" في عددها الصادر السبت، الى أن "عدد ضحايا أعمال السرقة والسلب بقوة السلاح في منطقة بعلبك والهرمل يتزايد يوميا، اذ تتشكل عصابات متجولة تقوم بهذه المهمة. فلا يمر يوم تقريباً بدون عملية سلب للمارة على الطريق الدولية او داخل مدينة بعلبك بقوة السلاح". وأضافت أنه على سبيل المثال "منتصف الشهر الماضي وقعت عملية تشليح عند مفترق الطيبة حيث حاول مجهولون السطو على سيارة "نيسان سوداء" عمومية تحمل الرقم 650078 وأطلقوا النار عليها مما ادى الى اصابة أحد ركابها بجروح، وقد تمكنت السيارة من الفرار والاحتماء بحاجز الجيش ونقل الجريح الى مستشفى "دار الأمل الجامعي".
ولفتت الصحيفة عينها الى أنه "في الوقت نفسه كانت تتم عملية خطف في مقابل فدية مالية، اذ اعترض خمسة مسلحين سيارة نوع "ميني غواصة" عمومية قادمة مباشرة من مطار رفيق الحريري الدولي – بيروت وبداخلها "رجلان" من التابعية العمانية هما سعود السلماني وسلطان السيفي في محلة الكيال – بعلبك، واقتادوهما الى غرب بعلبك حيث تم تحريرهما بعد يومين من دون التمكن من توقيف الفاعلين المعروفين بالإسم لدى القوى الأمنية".
وأوضحت أن "أعمال الخطف تنتهي لقاء دفع فدية مالية وجميعها بدفع الفدية للخاطفين، كحال سرقة السيارات التي تسرق للتفاوض على سعر محدد لاعادتها الى أصحابها. علماً أن الأشهر الأربعة الأخيرة سجلت أكبر نسبة في سرقة السيارات، وقلما يمر يوم لا تسجل فيه سرقة سيارة أو سيارتين، وتستخدم اكثرية هذه السيارات المسروقة في عمليات سلب وسطو او تباع لمجموعات تختص بشراء سيارات كهذه لغايات عدة يصعب معرفتها".
وأضافت "النهار" أن "هناك أساليب اخرى للسرقة عبر شراء سيارة حديثة بواسطة الاحتيال على صاحب السيارة بأوراق مزورة وشيكات مالية، لذا تصدر المراجع المعنية تحذيرات من بيع أي سيارة نقدا والحذر من ايام العطلة لأن اللصوص يتذرعون خلالها باقفال الدوائر الرسمية".
وأكدت أنه "يتضح من تسلسل هذه الاعتداءات ان السلب بقوة السلاح جريمة منظمة تهدد أمن المجتمع البعلبكي الذي يشعر أبناؤه بالقلق من الآثار السلبية لتفشي هذه الظاهرة على الوضع الامني والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وقد استطاعت المدينة تجنيب نفسها عن هذه الاعمال بخطوات أمنية واجراءات اتخذتها البلدية وبخاصة في السوق التجاري عبر وضع كاميرات مراقبة حديثة، اضافة الى تكثيف دوريات للشرطة التابعة للبلدية على مدار 24 ساعة، لكن الخطر يبقى على الطرق العامة والفرعية، وهي من مسؤولية الاجهزة الامنية المولجة بحفظ الامن".
يشار الى أنه كثرت في الآونة الأخيرة عمليات الخطف مقابل فدية مالية خاصة في البقاع وأعمال السرقة.
وفي هذا السياق، يقوم الجيش اللبناني بعمليات دهم في منطقة بريتال حيث يدخل باشتباكات مع المطلوبين.

Karim, you know how much I respect you, and will go even further to support your views whenever they convince me, irrespective of what or how others will react to me. But Karim, habibi ya khayye, it looks clear that people like you will always throw back all our problems on the Takfiris and the Syrian opposition, OK, OK khayye fine. But till recently, Lebanon was somehow stable and moving along, till Hezbollah got into that crazy war in Syria, it was then that the can of worms was spilled. I have the urge now to tell that we deport all the Syrian refugees back to Syria, they can now go since you helped the regime secure lands near the border, but at the same time, your arguments don't help, because as always, you keep refusing the wrongs of Hezbollah. Hi Jerry, it is my duty to respect everyone here, even a self-proclaimed hater like Bani Maarouf. Karim has his views, Mowaten too, City, as does everyone, even the forum jester Bani here who needs to grow has a right to his views. So by all means we are not here to spread the hatred as this will serve no purpose. The main thing is this: I have been debating people like Karim Mowaten, Cityboy, the Roar, FT hence and so forth, did you see them even once behave with me in any kind of indecency, like does that kid Bani Maarouf who has only sentence to start and end with, "Lack of this, lack of that...". I am not here to tell anyone how to debate, but at least whereas it pertains to me, I respect and I get respected in return, albeit a brief period which led to my banning. But as I said, I am not here to spread hatred, then my message is better heard when done with respect, not by shouting, nor by derogating.

Now that we have reached that scary number of a million and a half Syrian refugee, now that the Syrian Regime of Bachar Al Assad has literally secured all the vital and pivotal areas adjacent to our border, now that people are more confident to travel to those areas, then the time has now come, for us Lebanese to start pressing for the removal of all the Syrian refugees from our lands and back to Syria. The Syrian regime can set up camps for them inside Syria and receive support from donor agencies to help them, including Iran and Russia. The Lebanese state should also get all those Palestinians who came from Syria to take refuge here, to leave Lebanon at the very earliest. We should as of now seal our borders and refuse entry to any Syrian, only then could we secure our country, seal and secure, simple. Go back home.

The only problem here phoenix is that those refugees will be hunted by both Assad and takfiris because they represent the true Syrian opposition. What a dilemma for Lebanon. I would prefer that Lebanon press Gulf Monarchies to absorb them until it is safe for them to return to Syria.

Sure Chopper, good idea, but right now as the saying goes, better see a thousand eyes cry than have one drop from my eye. As a Lebanese, I can't harbor anymore Syrians. As the drawings are getting more permanent in Syria, let the pro Regime people go to the areas controlled by the regime, and the pro FSA, to the FSA controlled areas, but I am worried for the homosexuals, who will take them? Maybe Bani Maarouf can give them refuge, LOL!!
