بري يدعو لـ"اعلان حالة طوارئ أمنية – خدماتية" في البقاع الشمالي

رأى رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري أن حل الأوضاع المستجدة في منطقة البقاع الشمالي، على خط اللبوة-عرسال، يتطلّب "اعلان حالة طوارئ أمنية – خدماتية".
واعتبر في حديث الى صحيفة "السفير"، الاربعاء، أنه يجب "وبالتزامن مع المعالجة الميدانية، أن تدخل الجمعيات الأهلية والإغاثية الى عرسال لتقديم المساعدة الى النازحين السوريين من المدنيين".
و"أن يرافق إطلاق المسارين الأمني والإنمائي إجراء مصالحات بين عرسال وجوارها"، وفق ما أضاف بري.
وأكد رئيس البرلمان أن "قلّة جعلت من عرسال رهينة لها"، لافتاً الى أن "معظم أهاليها يرفضون استخدام بلدتهم ممراً أو مقراً للاعتداء على محيطها، لكنهم مغلوبون على أمرهم، والمطلوب من الدولة ان تسارع الى احتضانهم".
وأضاف أن "المطلوب دخول القوى الأمنية والجيش إلى عمق عرسال لضبط الأمن ومنع أي مسلح من البقاء في داخلها أو في جرودها".
وطريق اللبوة - عرسال تعتبر الطريق الرئيسية والمنفذ الحيوي الوحيد لابناء عرسال التي غالبا ما تتعرض لقصف واطلاق قذائف من الجانب السوري، كما لغارات من الطيران الحربي السوري أيضا، وسط مزاعم ان البلدة تهرب مسلحين سوريين وسيارات مفخخة.
يشار الى ان طريق اللبوة - عرسال قطعت السبت بالسواتر الترابية، من قبل عناصر "حزب الله" وبعض أهالي القرى المحيطة بعرسال، بعد سقوط صواريخ علي اللبوة ومقتل شخص من البلدة، وبعد التفجير الانتحاري الذي حصل يوم الأحد في بلدة النبي عثمان البقاعية والذي جاء بعد ساعات على سيطرة الجيش السوري وحزب الله على مدينة يبرود السورية.

All of Lebanon must be put under a state of emergency, why just North Bekaa..... The situation warrants it. A state of emergency also means no terror party members roaming the streets fully armed erecting roadblocks at will disrupting people's lives. Enough of this the army and the terror party maintaining security. We don't want selective and sectarian security.

How can these decisions be taken politically with HA/Amal and other syro-iranian lackeys blocking them ?
How can they then be applied knowing that not all LAF and army intelligence allegiance go to the state ?

Berri ... ya berri... yes, there is a state of emergency in Northern Bekaa. But the main emergency is in stopping Bashar from bombing our towns and villages. Unless you condemn such actions, then you are asking the security forces to pick sides which is very dangerous.

@Josephani : WHATEVER the reasons, this does not grant Hezbollah the right to ignore our laws and sovereignty. And this does not allow the Syrian government to bomb our territory.
The army should deal with the terrorists. And this is final. Any other entity taking matters into their own hands are criminals and anyone supporting them a traitor to the state of Lebanon !
