توقيف فلسطيني من "كتائب العزام" وطلب الاعدام لـ6 فلسطينيين

طلب قاضي التحقيق العسكري فادي صوان الاعدام لستة فلسطينيين فارين من العدالة بجرم تأليف عصابة ارهابية، في وقت تمكنت استخبارات الجيش من توقيف مطلوب بجرم الانتماء الى "كتائب عبدالله عزام" والقيام بأعمال ارهابية.
وأصدر صوان الخميس، قراراً اتهامياً، طلب فيه عقوبة الاعدام لستة فلسطينيين فارين من وجه العدالة في جرم تأليف عصابة مسلحة والقيام بأعمال ارهابية وحيازة اسلحة ومتفجرات.
والفلسطينيون هم: بلال وكمال بدر، ساري الحجير، محمود عزب، علي خليل ونضال محمد.
كما أصدر صوان مذكرة القاء قبض في حقهم، اضافة الى مذكرة التوقيف الغيابية في حق كل منهم واحالهم امام المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة للمحاكمة.
من جهة أخرى، أعلنت قيادة الجيش في بيان ظهر الخميس، انه مديرية المخابرات تمكنت من توقيف الفلسطيني بلال كايد كايد من ألوية عبد الله عزام وهو مطلوب بعدة مذكرات توقيف لإرتكابه عدة جرائم.
وكايد مطلوب بجرم اشتراكه مع آخرين في استهداف دورية لليونيفيل في محلة القاسمية والتي نتج عنها استشهاد عدد من عناصر الوحدة الاسبانية. بالاضافة إلى قيامه بأعمال إرهابية وتفجيرات ونقل أسلحة وقتل ومحاولة قتل وتخريب منشآت عامة وخاصة.
وقد بوشر التحقيق مع الموقوف بإشراف القضاء المختص.
وكانت المعلومات الصحافية قد أفادت ان القاء القبض عليه تم الاربعاء، في كمين أمني في بلدة عرسال البقاعية الحدودية، وان الموقوف نعيم عباس قد كشف عن كايد من خلال الاعترافات التي أدلى بها.
وكانت قد أوقفت مخابرات الجيش اللبناني منتصف شباط الفائت عباس في منطقة كورنيش المزرعة وهو ينتمي إلى كتائب عبد الله عزام.ودفعت اعترافاته إلى ضبط سيارة مفخخة بداخلها ثلاث نساء على طريق اللبوة عرسال ودهم مستودعات في الدبية والسعديات ومصادرة صواريخ ومتفجرات وهويات مزورة.

the vehicle that killed shattah has been identified a long time ago. finding the perpetrators is harder because those were mossad agents, not takfiri apes. the first are very careful, while the seconds are disposable like toilet paper.

Terrorists need rehabilitation, they're deeply brainwashed that they really believe they are fighting for something noble, not knowing theyre just pawns in the hands of their actual enemy.
