معركة الرئاسة بين افرقاء 14 آذار... والبحث يدور حول "كيفية تأمين فوز الجميل"

أكد وزير العمل، نائب رئيس "حزب الكتائب"، سجعان القزي، ان رئيس الحزب أمين الجميل مرشح منذ أسابيع، وان البحث جار "حول كيفية تأمين فوزه".
وفي حديث الى اذاعة "صوت لبنان" (100.5)، صباح الاربعاء، لفت قزي الى ان نواب "الكتائب" سيحضرون الدورة الاولى من الجلسات الانتخابية، وسيصوتون لرئيس "حزب القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع "بما يؤكد وحدة 14 آذار".
وأضاف "لا يجب ان نستبق الأمور ودخلنا مرحلة جديدة بدخول الجلسة وتحقيق النصاب والمهم ان تحصل الدورة الاولى والدورة الثانية ثم نحدد الاستراتيجية اللاحقة".
الى ذلك، أشار قزي الى ان "الرئيس الجميل أصبح مرشحاً منذ اسابيع اما البحث فيجري حول كيفية تأمين فوزه وليس عن اعلان ترشحه".
ولفت الى ان "المرحلة المقبلة هي التي تحدد اللحظة المناسبة ليدخل الحلبة". وأردف "على ضوء نتائج الدورة الاولى ستجتمع 14 آذار لتحديد الاستراتيجية للمرحلة المقبلة".
يُذكر ان قوى "14 آذار" أعلنت رسمياً، الثلاثاء، اثر اجتماع استثنائي تبني ترشح جعجع لرئاسة الجمهورية لأنه "يمثل مبادئ ثورة الأرز".
من جهتها، لفتت صحيفة "السفير"، الاربعاء، الى ان الجميل يتصرف على اساس انه "المرشح الطبيعي والبديهي للدورة الثانية"، بعد فشل جعجع في الدورة الاولى.
وتتابع الصحيفة انه وعلى الرغم من اعلان "تيار المستقبل" و"حزب الكتائب" تبنيهما لترشيح جعجع الا ان "بعض الذين سيصوتون له من "حلفائه"، سيكونون عمليا، وعن سابق تصور وتصميم، من أبرز الراغبين والمساهمين في "حرقه"".
وأضافت ان الجميل والحريري يدركان ان "حظوظ جعجع معدومة اصلا، لعجزه عن تحصيل أكثرية ثلثي الاصوات في الدورة الاولى، وحتى أكثرية الـ65 صوتاً في الدورة الثانية، وعليه قررا عدم استعدائه مجاناً".
اما عن رئيس "تكتل التغيير والاصلاح" النائب ميشال عون، فلفتت "السفير"، الى قرارة بالنأي عن "محرقة الجلسة الاولى"، فإنه "يتطلع الى ان يبدأ النقاش العميق والحقيقي مع "تيار المستقبل" حول إمكانية التوافق عليه بعد الانتهاء من "فولكلور" الدورة الاولى.
من هنا، أشارت الصحيفة الى اتصالات جرت بين وزير الخارجية، عن "تكتل التغيير والاصلاح" جبران باسيل ومدير مكتب الحريري، نادر الحريري سبقت قرار عون بالمشاركة.
يُشار الى ان هذا التواصل بين "المستقبل" و"التغيير والاصلاح"، ليس الاول من نوعه، اذ انه كان قد سبقه اتصالات واجتماعات، توجه على اثره وفد من المستقبل الى الرياض لجوجلة الملف الرئاسي مع سعد الحريري. وكان عون قد أعلن أنه لن يترشح الى الانتخابات الرئاسية ما لم يتم "التوافق على اسمه".

This says it all,in the second round is where they may all agree on a candidate.

Joshep, parliment elects the president, not the public. Although direct election by the public would be much better democratically, this is the system. Therefore public statements of programs are nice but really are useless. It's a power game for mps and political blocks. As such most Lebanese presidents are elected at the last minute through back room deals after the first round where 2/3rds of the vote is needed instead of half +1 from round 2 onwards.
It all comes down to jumblatts bloc.
Need 64 mps to win after the first round.

Geagea knew that there is no way he will get the 2/3 of votes,,so my take on this is that he has a plan, and his plan is on track still to elect a M14 candidate.meanwhile his campaign is the first of its kind in Lebanon and that is true democracy,,, shame all others don't follow suit. i think now he will stand down and support Gemayel as a candidate for the next round,and all that is part of a plan.

Micheal Young from the daily star and hariri's mate wrote back in 2009 that 2013 presidential elections has always been geagea's goal since being released.
I was watching lbc during the vote and they had a split screen with geagea on one side. You could see his face change every time a blank vote was read out and especially when they read out Karami and then dani chamoun. By the end he was no longer smiling and the people around him were very disappointed. Why would he have a camera on him during the count? He thought that if he could get close to 50% of the vote then round 2 he would win.
No matter how they spin it, this article explains it perfectly. "After the 1st round they will name a serious candidate". Which one, a candidate that has 5 MPs? It's Aoun and his 20MPs or general khawagie
