"التيار الوطني الحر" سيقاطع جلسات الحكومة

يبحث "التيار الوطني الحر" إمكانية مقاطعة جلسات مجلس الوزراء، احتجاجاً على عدم إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية، بحسب المعلومات الصحافية.
وكشفت مصادر في التيار لصحيفة "الأخبار"، الخميس، الى أن "ابحث جارٍ في إمكان مقاطعة جلسات مجلس الوزراء، بدءاً من جلسة اليوم، اعتراضاً على عدم إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية".
وأضافت أن البحث يتناول إيجابيات هذه الخطوة وسيئاتها، "ولا سيما إذا لم تترافق مع مقاطعة كافة وزراء تكتل التغيير والإصلاح (أي وزراء ونواب تيار المردة وحزب الطاشناق) وقوى 8 آذار، ما يفقد هذا القرار أهميته".
ولفتت المصادر إلى أن التيار سبق أن ناقش مثل هذه الاحتمالات لقرار المقاطعة، لكن تسريع تطبيقه يستند إلى محاولة التأثير السريع في مجريات الاستحقاق.
من جهتها، شككت مصادر 14 آذار في إمكان لجوء التيار الوطني الحر إلى هذه الخطوة، "لأن مقاطعة وزيرين لن تقدم ولن تؤخر في عمل الحكومة".
وفي سياق متصل، أشارت المصادر الى أن "قوى 14 آذار قد قررت مقاطعة الجلسات النيابية التشريعية بدءاً من 25 أيار الجاري"، مردفة أن "تيار المستقبل سيقاطع أيضاً ويتضامن مع مسيحيي 14 آذار، احتجاجاً على عدم انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية.
يشار الى أن فشل النواب في انتخاب رئيس جديد خلال ثلاثة جلسات انتخابية دعا اليها رئيس المجلس نبيه بري، فضلاً عن تأكيد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان في أكثر من مناسبة رفضه التمديد وأنه سيكون في منزله في 25 ايار، اذ ان ولايته تنتهي في 24 الجاري وسيلقي خطاب الوداع في هذا اليوم، أديا الى تخوّف من الفراغ في سدة الرئاسة الاولى.

The FMP have shown their true colors, they assist the militia in sabotaging the vote by not showing up. Unless all the blocks agree on their candidate but they will not even officially name a candidate...despicable, gutless and under the Axis Boot.

popular vote for presidency the only solution at least it will stop FPM from boycotting the elections and others to obey they master orders

FPM is directly responsible for any vacuum that occurs.
They failed to present a candidate. They failed to present a presidential program.
Aoun should be declared ineligible for violation of the constitution and high treason for collaboration with enemies of the republic of Lebanon including Bashar and Iran !

M14 has a lineup of candidates which are all open to negotiations. M8 doesn't. Which is why they are responsible !

You have to hand it to Lebanon's political class. When they make mistakes, they really know how to double down and make things only worse by compounding and emphasizing their errors. How to correct boycotting Parliament, well of course, boycott the Council of Ministers. Just look at how well boycotting Parliament has worked!!
Who is the beneficiary of all of these sticks put to the wheel of constitutional government? The unconstitutional government of Hezbollah, Aoun's erstwhile ally. Hezbollah could not have done better if Syria had remained in occupation of the country and paralyzed the government.
