جنبلاط يحذر من "مغامرة" اقرار السلسلة وتداعياتها على الإقتصاد وميقاتي وكرامي لن يشاركا في جلسة الثلاثاء

أكد رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط أن مغامرة اقرار السلسلة من دون موارد ستترك تداعيات غير محسوبة على الاقتصاد الوطني، معرباً عن "تفهمه لمطالب هيئة التنسيق النقابية".
وإذ أعرب جنبلاط في موقفه الاسبوعي لصحيفة "الأنباء"، الإثنين عن "تفهمه لمطالب هيئة التنسيق النقابية، شدد على أهميّة الحفاظ على ديمومة الاقتصاد والمؤسسات اللبنانيّة والقطاع العام.
ورأى أن أي إنتكاسة قد تصيب هذه المؤسسات ستنعكس بدروها ضرراً على العمال والعاملين، في وقتٍ تغيب شبكات الحماية الاقتصاديّة مع حالة المقاطعة التي عاشها ويعيشها لبنان منذ سنوات لأسباب وظروف سياسيّة معروفة.
وأشار الى أنه "لا نزال على موقفنا المتحفظ لناحية إغراق نقاشات سلسلة الرتب والرواتب في بازار المزايدات الشعبويّة مما حوّل النقاش المالي والرقمي إلى تجاذبات في غاية الخطورة سيكون لها إنعكاساتها السلبيّة على مختلف المستويات"، مردفاً أن" مسعى البعض الايحاء بأن هناك محاولة للدخول في مواجهة مع الطلاب، هو كلام غير دقيق وغير صحيح".
وأضاف جنبلاط أن "مسألة تعطيل الامتحانات لا معنى لها لا سيّما أنها تمس بمستقبل أكثر من مئة ألف طالبة وطالب لبناني".
ولفت جنبلاط الى أن "أي مغامرة في إقرار سلسلة الرتب والرواتب ستترك تداعيات غير محسوبة على الاقتصاد الوطني، وتعذر تأمين واردات السلسلة يؤكد ذلك، بصرف النظر عن مدى شعبيّة أو عدم شعبيّة هذا الموقف".
وأوضح أن "حماية النقد الوطني والاستقرار النقدي هي مسؤوليّة كل الفرقاء السياسيين وإطلاق أوسع عمليّة إصلاح إداري في مختلف المجالات هي أيضاً مسؤوليّة كل الأطراف، وهو خيار يفترض أن يكون فوق الحسابات السياسيّة والفئويّة الضيّقة".
من جانب آخر أعلنت "كتلة التضامن " التي تضم النائبين نجيب ميقاتي واحمد كرامي ان مشروع قانون السلسلة الذي يناقش حاليا في المجلس النيابي "مختلف عن النص الاساسي الذي ارسلته حكومتنا السابقة لجهة الملاءمة بين النفقات والايرادات، فباتت الزيادات المقترحة في النفقات تقدر بمئات المليارات من دون وجود ايرادات ثابتة لها".
وشددا على أن "الايرادات الاضافية المطروحة تشكل عائقا امام النمو الاقتصادي خاصة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية الراهنة، ناهيك عن خطورة العجز المقدر في مشروع قانون الموازنة العامة المعد والذي لا يلحظ حتى ارقام السلسلة".
وشددا على أن "النقطة الاهم التي لم تتوافر حتى الان هي التوافق على جوهر الاصلاحات التي لا بد منها اذا اردنا لاي مشروع اصلاحي النجاح".
وعليه أعلنا "عدم مشاركتنا في جلسة مجلس النواب المقررة غدا لبحث مشروع قانون السلسلة".
يشار الى أن رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري كان قد دعا الى جلسة تشريعية غدا الثلاثاء من اجل بحث ملف سلسلة الرتب والرواتب.
ويذكر أن هيئة التنسيق النقابية أعلنت مقاطعة الامتحانات الرسمية الخميس إن لم تقر السلسلة غدا.
يُذكر ان البحث لا يزال مستمراً لإيجاد مصادر لتمويل سلسلة الرتب والرواتب، في حين تتمسك هيئة التنسيق النقابية بموقفها الرافض تجزئة أو تقسيط السلسلة، مهددة بعدم اجراء الامتحانات الرسمية التي أعلن وزير التربية الياس بو صعب ارجائها لأسبوع واحد فقط.

@Southern : Hezbollah sheep are not in a position to talk about "Progress", "Socialism" and what I assume you mean is "Patriotism".
Progress means building the future of your country. Not building armies, piling up weapons, going to war and murdering your enemies.
Socialism means creating an environment where all citizens are equal. Hezbollah is a sectarian Shiite armed terrorist organisation. No sense of socialism there
Patriotism simply means not taking orders from Iran or Bashar. Nasrallah is as loyal as a dog to your Ayatollah... Lebanon comes last in his priorities. No patriotism there !

1- I will not leave HA alone. I will keep bashing at it till the last weapon is dropped. And so will the majority of the Lebanese people who want to have a peaceful future.
2- HA without weapons is perfectly acceptable. It's unacceptable for any armed party to remain in Lebanon.
3- An "old" generation terrorist organisation cannot take out "new generation" terrorists. NO ONE tasked you to deal with them.
In fact, you using your weapons to fight anyone other than Israel and Liberate Lebanon is a clear violation of your Memorandum of Understanding with Aoun.

The Constitution requires that Parliament cannot address any issue other than the election of the President until the President is elected once things have come to the point that they are at in Lebanon. So how can the Parliament go on to address the wage scale issue when the issue of the Presidential election remains outstanding and not complete.
If a quorum is gathered to vote for the wage scale issue, by law, the quorum should first address the Presidential election before addressing any other business. Article 75 of the Lebanese Constitution so states
