"التغيير والاصلاح": الفراغ نتيجة اهمال متعمد والحل هو بالعودة الى الدستور

راى عضو تكتل التغيير والاصلاح النائب ابراهيم كنعان أن الفراغ الحاصل في سدة الرئاسة هو" نتيجة اهمال متعمد"، رافضا ربط ما يجري من أحداث امنية به ، مشددا ايضا على أن "الحل هو في العودة الى الدستور والميثاق".
واستنكر كنعان بعد اجتماع للتكتل عصر الثلاثاء التفجيرات التي حصلت وكان آخرها تفجير الطيونة امس الاثنين ، الا انه اعتبر "ان الاستنكار لم يعد كافيا". وقال: "نسأل ما خلفية هذا الملف الذي ينام ويستفيق فجأة".
وسأل "هل ربط ما يجري من احداث أمينة بالاستحقاقات الدستورية كلام سليم"، مضيفا "ألم نرى قبل الاستحقاق صواريخ واستغلال للأمن".
و أشار الى ان "على الموضوع الامني ان يعالج أمنيا ووطنيا "، موضحا ان "الحكومة والادارة والاجهزة موجودة ونعلم ان هذا ليس مبررا للاستغناء عن دور الكرسي الرئاسي ولكن أيضا لا يجب أن يتحجج البعض برط الاحداث الامنية بالفراغ".
عليه، طرح كنعان باسم التكتل سؤالا آخرا "أين كانت الرئاسة من الطائف حتى اليوم؟ هل نحن امام الغاء الرئاسة او اعادة احياءها واستعادة حقوقها وحقوق المسيحيين"، مردفا "وهذا ينسحب على قانون الانتخابات النيابية فما الذي يمنع من قيام قانون انتخابات".
وقال ايضا ان "الفراغ هو نتيجة اهمال متعمد للوصول الى ما نحن فيه اليوم"، معتبرا ان "الحل هو في معالجة كل الملفات وبالعودة الى الدستور والميثاق".
أمس الثلاثاء وقع تفجير انتحاري في الطيونة عند مدخل الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت قرب حاجز للجيش ومقهى شعبي أيضا اودى بحياة عنصر من الامن العام.
واتى التفجير بعد يوم على انفجار آخر وقع في ضهر البيدر سقط خلاله مؤهل في قوى الامن الداخلي.
ولا تزال البلاد في حالة فراغ رئاسي منذ رحيل ميشال سليمان في 25 أيار، وسط دعوة مستمرة من قبل القيادات السياسية الى تسريع عملية انتخاب رئيس من اجل استتباب الامن والاستقرار.
