بكركي ترفض "إصلاحا أو تعديلا دستوريا" قبل انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية

رفضت بكركي إجراء أي "إصلاح أو تعديل دستوري قبل انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية، مؤكدة أن "كلّ الإقتراحات مؤجّلة حتى انتخاب رئيس".
ولفتت مصادر مطلعة في حديث لصحيفة "النهار"، الثلاثاء، الى أن بكركي ترى أن أي إصلاح دستوري قبل انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية "مرفوض وأن كل شيء وارد بعد انتخاب الرئيس".
ومن المتوقع ان يصدر موقف عن البطريرك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي في المناسبة الأولى "ولن يكون ذلك في اطار رد مباشر على ما صدر عن رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون، بحسب "النهار".
يشار الى أن موقف بكركي أتى كرد غير مباشر عقب طرح عون مبادرة وصفها بـ"الانقاذية"، من اجل انهاء مرحلة الشغور في سدة الرئاسة الاولى، وذلك من خلال إجراء تعديل دستوري "محدود" يهدف لجعل انتخاب الرئيس الماروني مباشرة من الشعب وعلى دورتين.
وفي السياق نفسه، أكدت مصادر كنسية لصحيفة "الجمهورية"، الثلاثاء، أنّ "معركة بكركي الآن هي انتخاب رئيس جمهورية جديد فقط لا غير".
وأكدت أن الكرسي البطريركي لن يتدخل في تفاصيل أو اقتراحات تُلهي عن الإستحقاق الرئاسي، "لأنه يعمل على قاعدة أنّ كلّ شيء مؤجّل حتى انتخاب رئيس".
وكان الراعي أكّد أنّ "لبنان بحاجة إلى ذهنيّات وقيادات جديدة"، لافتاً الى أنّ "الكيان هو الدولة اللبنانيّة، بدءاً بالرأس، أي برئيس الجمهوريّة".
وأطلع الراعي الفاتيكان على رغبةٍ لديه في القيام بجولة على عواصم الدول الخمس الكبرى الدائمة العضوية في مجلس الامن، للبحث معها في مساعدة لبنان على إجراء انتخاب رئيس جمهورية، بحسب ما كشفته الصحيفة.
وأضافت مصادر "الجمهورية" أن بكركي تعمل على عقد مؤتمر مسيحيّ عام أوسع من الأقطاب المسيحيين الأربعة، يصدر عنه موقف جامع يدعو إلى انتخاب رئيس جمهورية في أقرب وقت ممكن.
ودخل لبنان الأسبوع السادس للفراغ الرئاسي بعد فشل النواب لثماني مرات على التوالي من انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية وانتهاء ولاية الرئيس السابق ميشال سليمان في 24 أيار الفائت.

Aoun has led lebanon and the christians into turmoil at the end of 80's in order to become president (and 6 ministers). He wanted to be the leaders of the Christians by force. He went all the way fighting a bloody war among Lebanese Christians that creating strife, death, destruction leading to weakening the christians demographically (emigration) and politically.
He has not succeeded and so he is trying again though less violently. Just to become president, he is weakening the christians role by imposing a vacuum in the presidency. To become president, he is unilaterraly imposing the destruction of the Lebanese National Pact and Taef.

His proposal is a good one and should be further explored and a analyzed by all parties instead of being summarily dismissed just because Aoun is in the M8 camp. What exactly is wrong with giving me, a simple citizen, the right to choose my country's president, instead of forcing me to rely on an MP who more often than not is a corrupt and incompetent fool?
