"التغيير والإصلاح" يطلب توضيحا رسميا حول اشتباكات عرسال: نرفص تحميلنا مسؤولية التمديد

طلب تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" الثلاثاء توضيحا من المراجع الرسمية حول ظروف الإشتباكات التي حصلت في عرسال مؤخرا وانسحاب المسلحين وبرفقتهم أسرى الجيش اللبناني، رافضا من جهة أخرى تحميله مسؤولية التمديد لمجلس النواب عبر عدم انتخاب رئيس.
وقال أمين سرّ التكتل النائب ابراهيم كنعان في مؤتمر صحفي عقده من الرابية بعد الإجتماع الدوري عصر الثلاثاء أنه يجب أن "يعرف المواطن ماذا حصل وما هي المسؤوليات وما هو مصير هذه المعركة".
وقتل 19 جنديا وضابطا جراء اشتباكات مع جهاديين بدأت السبت في الثاني من الجاري حتى الأسبوع الفائت. وما زال 19 عنصرا من الجيش و17 عنصرا من قوى الامن الداخلي محتجزين لدى المسلحين الذي انسحبوا إلى جرود البلدة بعد مساعي من هيئة العلماء المسلمين برعاية رسمية.
وسأل كنعان "من المسؤول عن هذا الإنسحاب الذي حصل من جانب المسلحين بهدوء ومع الأسرى وأين هم الأسرى؟ نريد توضيحا رسميا من المرجعية المسؤولة وأصلا من هي هذه المرجعية؟".
كذلك استفسر كنعان عن "المسؤول عن تحويل الأسرى إلى ورقة ضاغطة على الدولة اللبنانية؟"، كاشفا أن "هناك شروطا توضع اليوم على الدولة وما أدراكم ما هي هذه الشروط إن كان من موقوفي رومية وإسلاميين وغيرهم".
أما السؤال الثالث لدى التكتل فهو "ماذا بعد؟ أين هم الإرهابيين؟ على أرض لبنان أم لا؟ ماذا يجب أن نفعل كي لا يتكرر هذا الأمر لأنه إن تكرر كلفته باهظة؟"، تابع كنعان.
من جهة أخرى تطرق كنعان إلى موضوعي الرئاسة والتمديد لمجلس النواب حيث كان اليوم "جلسة محددة لانتخاب رئيس واقتراح تم تقديمه للتمديد من النائب (نقولا) فتوش وسمعنا مواقف تبرر التمديد الثاني لمجلس النواب".
يذكر أن المجلس فشل للمرة العاشرة بانتخاب رئيس الأمر الذي دعا عدد من نواب قوى "14 آذار" إلى اتهام النائب ميشال عون بتعطيل الرئاسة.
وأضاف كنعان "حملنا عدد من المتكلمين مسؤولية التمديد الثاني ونحن نقول من مدد في المرة الأولى بسبب قانون الإنتخاب بوجود رئيس جمهورية (..) هل له حق أن يتكلم؟".
وسأل "هل هناك انفصام في الشخصية لديهم؟ كيف نقتنع بهذا المنطق؟ هل يراهنون على نسيان الشعب ونسيان الدستور؟"، رافضا "هذه المتاجرة والمزايدة في المسائل الوطنية والدستورية".
وذكّر أن التكتل طرح "حلا في الموضوع الرئاسي وهو العودة إلى الشعب لتحرير الرئاسة من المصالح فلماذا الأمر مرفوض؟".
وجدد كنعان القول "أننا ضد العبث بالدستور خاصة عند يكون هذا اللعب سيئا ويقتل تداول السلطة ويقتل إمكانية تنمية الديمقراطية في لبنان وهناك حلول ثانية وهي قانون انتخاب" قائلا أنه "لا يجب التحجج بمسائل أنتم المسؤولون عنها ليتم الوصول إلى الفراغ مما يترك تأثيرا سلبيا على سائر المؤسسات".
أما عن موضوع سلسلة الرتب والرواتب أعلن أن "هناك اليوم فرصة لحل القضية الأم بدون افتئات على حقوق الأساتذة والإداريين والعسكريين والطلاب أيضا لذلك المطلوب الإستفادة من هذه الفرصة".
وبعد مفاوضات بين هيئة "التنسيق" ووزير التربية الياس بو صعب الثلاثاء أفضت إلى جولة جديدة على المسؤولين طلب كنعان من "الكتل التي لم تعط موافقتها على الصيغة النهائية للسلسلة (..) أن تعمل على حل نهائي يكون مفيدا للجميع وتتحرر حينها الشهادة الرسمية الوطنية من كل الأعباء وتكون خزينة الدولة مصانة من خلال الواردات والإصلاحات الواردة في متن المشروع الوارد في مجلس النواب".

No, the vacuum was created because you did not perform your duties as a block and attend the sessions for electing a president. You cannot disobey the law simply because you don't like it and you propose an alternative law.
Kanaan: It is our duty as MPs to ask about issues on the behalf of the Lebanese people.
Then, explain to the Lebanese people why you continue boycotting the presdential election sessions.

The first question is; who is responsible for the militants' Solicitation to irsal? We want an official explanation from concerned authorities. We ask, who are these authorities?

Kanaan mentioned MP Aoun's proposal of holding popular presidential elections, saying it was a mean to “free the presidency from political considerations.” Well maybe, but if u accept the democratic rule, then u should seek approval from the majority (of blocks and not only ur allies ok? That is if they approve it)
On wage scale, curb corruption instead of increasing taxes and fees.

Ah gee, you just keep repeating and requesting what you know to be the impossible in this phase because it requires an amendment to the constitutions. You continue to float this not yet ripe solution because you cannot rationally explain your obstructionist behavior. Why not come out from behind your thumb. You are in charge and you have thwarted our free will with your guns! So conclusion as long as you have your boots on our necks you can do whatever you want so why the charade? Change the constitution and let your ex-defector become president and prove to us once and for all that you are the majority so we can shut up forever no?

You on the other hand are a minimum wage paid propagandist, spreading lies. We have a constitution now that requires Parliament to vote for the President. The people are represented by Parliament.
Let's use the deserter ex-general's formula in Prliament:
1. First round: only Christian MP's vote for their preferred Presidential candidate
2. Second round: The top 2 candidates from the first round get voted on by all MP's
The deserter ex general is obstructing the vote because he knows he will lose. Plain and simple. Period.

He should have gone one step further and asked who is responsible for the deaths of the countless HA fighters in foreign lands, the state or HA? Who is responsible for the deaths of Syrians at the hands of HA fighters as Lebanses citizens, the state or HA? Who is responsible for embroiling Lebanon in external conflicts thus jepardising the safety of our citizens and opening the whole country to the wrath of extremists?
