جنبلاط يؤيد تمويل المحكمة: "حزب الله" يستطيع أن يثبت براءته

جدد رئيس جبهة "النضال الوطني" النائب وليد جنبلاط تأييده لتمويل المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان، مشيرا الى أن "حزب الله" يستطيع تثبيت براءته.
وقال جنبلاط لصحيفة "السفير": أنا مع تمويل المحكمة، خاصة ان هناك شريحة من اللبنانيين تؤمن بهذه المحكمة وتعلق آمالا عليها في امكان الوصول الى نتيجة وإلى كشف حقيقة من اغتال الرئيس رفيق الحريري وسائر الآخرين.
وبرر جنبلاط تأييده للتمويل بأن "المجتمع الدولي ينتظرها ويكمن لنا على الكوع، وأنا أخشى اذا ما تخلف لبنان عن تأمين التمويل ان تفرض عقوبات علينا، لا نستطيع ان نتحملها، انا اعتقد ان من الضروري تأمين التمويل، وبعدها لتأخذ المحكمة او المحاكمة سنوات".
وأضاف: "لا أعتقد ان حزب الله يفتقر الى محامين او انه بحاجة الى من يدافع عنه، لا بل انا أعتقد ان في مقدور "حزب الله" ان يجادل وأن يحاجج المحكمة وأن يناقش وبالتالي يستطيع ان يثبت براءته، وخاصة أن الامين العام للحزب السيد حسن نصر الله قدم أدلة قيمة جدا".
الى ذلك نقلت صحيفة "اللواء" عن جنبلاط قوله أن الحكومة غير قادرة على رفض تطبيق القرارات الدولية، لا سيما المتصلة بالمحكمة الدولية، بغض النظر عن الخلاف السياسي القائم حولها.
وأبلغ جنبلاط زواره اصراره على ضرورة التزام لبنان بتمويل المحكمة، حتى ولو كان الفريق الداعم لها يُشكّل أقلية في الحكومة الحالية، ملمحاً إلى أن موضوع تمويل المحكمة لا يزال يحظى بتأييد أكثرية مجلس النواب، في إشارة إلى أن نواب جبهة النضال يقفون إلى جانب نواب 14 آذار في مسألة تمويل المحكمة، ولا يزالون بالتالي يشكلون معاً الأكثرية البرلمانية حيال هذه المسألة.
