الراعي يجدد مطالبته بانتخاب رئيس: لوضع حد للجماعات التكفيرية

جدد البطريريك الماروني الكاردينال مار بشارة بطرس الراعي تأكيده ان النواب خالفوا الدستور بشكل كبير بعدم انتخاب رئيس جديد للجمهورية، مطالباً من جهة أخرى بوجوب وضع حد لممارسات الجماعات التكفيرية.
وفي عظة قداس الاحد، رأى الراعي ان "الاستكبار والانقسام السياسي والمذهبي والارتهان أدوا إلى مخالفة كبيرة للدستور بعدم انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية".
وقال: "لعل نواب الأمة لا يدركون أن رئيس الدولة رمز لوحدة الوطن. ولعلهم لا يريدون رئيسا من أجل التمادي في نشر الفوضى وتغطية الفساد".
وشدد على ان "لا أحد أكبر من الدولة ولا أحد أهم من رئاسة الجمهورية وأمامها وامام مصلحة البلد تسقط كل الاعتبارات الشخصية والفئوية".
ودخل لبنان في مرحلة الفراغ الرئاسي في 24 آب الفائت، مع انتهاء ولاية الرئيس السابق ميشال سليمان ورفضه تمديد ولايته وفشل النواب في الاتفاق على رئيس جديد.
اما وفي ملف العسكريين المختطفين لدى الجماعات الارهابية، فشدد الراعي على وجوب "وضع حد لممارسات هذه الجماعات التكفيرية اللاانسانية".
وخلال معركة عرسال بين الجيش اللبناني وجماعة "داعش" وتنظيم "جبهة النصرة" الارهابيين مطلع آب الفائت، أسر عناصر من الجيش ومن قوى الامن الداخلي.
وقام داعش بقطع رأس اثنين من الجيش، في حين قامت النصرة بقتل عنصر بالرصاص، وسط مناشدات ومطالبات العسكريين لأهاليهم بالتحرك للافراج عنهم، في حين ان المعلومات الصحافية تفيد بمطالبة الخاطفين بالافراج عن سجناء في رومية لإطلاق سراح العسكريين.

It is not possible to ban by IP address because all ISVPs employ a dynamic "leased" IP that changes periodically. Only so called "static IPs" can be banned by IP address.
However, Naharnet can - if it chooses to - employ one of two methods or both as follows:
1- Allow only ASCI/ANSI characters except for [a-z A-Z] in the user name which preclude the use of email address as a user name
2- Employ regular Expression filtering - RegEx in IT parlance - to filter out any banned user name
Even the above are not fool proof though more effective than the current methodology employed.
That said, I for one do not support censorship of any kind as it is usually counter productive except in very extreme situations.

If any person refuses to show up for work they get fired. Likewise, any PM who boycotts Presidential election sessions should be fired and jailed. I do not care which camp this PM belonged to (14, 8, Iran, KSA).
