كيري لباسيل: نقف بجانبكم لمحاربة الإرهاب وأوباما مصمم على حماية الأقليات

أعلن وزير الخارجية الأميركية جون كيري وقوف بلاده "إلى جانب لبنان" في الحرب على تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية"، كاشفا عن "تصميم" الرئيس باراك أوباما على حماية الأقليات في الشرق.
وبحسب رسالة تلقاها وزير الخارجية جبران باسيل ونشرتها الوزارة السبت، أعرب كيري "عن تقديره لما يقوم به لبنان في حربه ضدّ الإرهاب، وعن شكره الشخصي لباسيل على المشاركة في الجهد الدولي في هذا الإطار".
ويواجه الجيش في جرود عرسال مجموعات متطرفة خطفت 35 عسكريا من قوى الأمن والجيش وأفرجت عن سبعة منهم فقط، بعد أن اقتحموا البلدة في الثاني من آب الفائت وقتلوا 19 عسكريا ومدنيين.
وأكّد كيري "وقوف أميركا إلى جانب لبنان في حربه على "داعش"، على طول وداخل الحدود اللبنانية واستمرار أميركا في تعاونها ودعمها العسكري في هذا المجال".
كذلك عبّر رأس الدبلوماسية الأميركية عن "التزام الولايات المتحدة في ملاحقة ومعاقبة الإرهابيين من داعش ومثيلاته".
وبحسب البيان شرح كيري لنظيره اللبناني "المراحل والخطوات التي تقوم بها الولايات المتحدة لتشكيل تحالف دولي واسع لمحاربة" هذا التنظيم.
وطالب باسيل في الأمم المتحدة بأن تكون الحرب على التنظيم المتطرف في سوريا والعراق تحت قرار أممي ولا يستثني الدول المعنية كدمشق التي تقول واشنطن انها ترفض التنسيق معها.
إلى ذلك أبدى الوزير الأميركي تفهّما المخاوف "التي يشعر بها باسيل من خطر داعش والمنظمات الإرهابية التي تهدّد الأقليات في الشرق من ضمن شعوب المنطقة" مشدّداً على "تصميم الرئيس أوباما بعدم السماح باقتلاع هذه المكوّنات من أرضها الأصيلة".

We thank you for your support. Really. Good that you see us outside the prism of "Israel's northern neighbor".
However, in what concerns "christians of Lebanon" and other talk like that, I dont buy it.
First because Obama has zero credibility. He promises. He doesnt deliver.
Second because we dont need you. In 1975 there was an alliance of Saudi Arabia, palestinians, israelis, americans (kissinger), russians, what not, to remove christians from lebanon. This alliance FAILED because of our heroic Kataeb and LF resistance.
Today we have 3000 disgruntled ISIS fighters who have the whole world against them fighting us. We are not afraid of them. They will not cross our mountains. And true, we do have political differences in lebanon, but we are united enough to fight those thugs.

There is an interesting phenomena here that I cannot help but notice and that I'm sure many of you have as well, when the so called flame thrower is away most other M8 spammers are also away. Following his first post there is a deluge of them posting like their life depended on it. I wonder if they are all bused in like little mentally handicapped children going to the lollipop factory or do they pile into one clown car and come over together, the contents of most of their posts suggests the later. Or just maybe the spam squad are really just the flame thrower with many hats.
