الاغذية الفاسدة "فجّرت أزمة" بين الوزراء … والكشف عن لائحة مخالفات جديدة

رد وزير الصحة العامة وائل ابو فاعور على الحملات التي شنها عليه بعض الوزراء في ما خص ملف الأغذية الفاسدة، معلناً عن المزيد من المؤسسات المخالفة غذائياً. في حين طالب وزير السياحة ميشال فرعون بمحاسبة وزارة الصحة التي كانت "غائبة" طيلة 20 سنة.
وفي مؤتمر صحافي، عقده ابو فاعور قبل ظهر الخميس، لفت الى انه وبعد المؤتمر السابق توقع ان يكون هناك ردة فعل "انفعالية" و"انتقامية" لأن مسألة الكشف عن الغذاء الفاسد فيها العديد من المصالح.
الى ذلك، أسف ابو فاعور "للطعن بالظهر أتى من أهل البيت (من الوزراء)، داعياً اياهم الى الجلوس والتعاون والتنسيق في الملف من أجل "صحة المواطنين".
ورد على وزير الاقتصاد آلان حكيم الذي اعتبر ان "الفضيحة الغذائية" تنعكس سلبا على الاقتصاد اللبناني ككل، حيث قال ابو فاعور: "هل تريدون اقتصاداً على جثة المواطن والغذاء الفاسد؟".
وإذ كشف عن ان بعض المؤسسات المخالفة كانت قد تلقت عدة انذارات الا انها لم تغير أي شيء، دعا كل وزير الى ان "يشتغل شغلو في وزارته".
الى ذلك، رد ابو فاعور في مؤتمره، على وزير السياحة ميشال فرعون ساخراً، بالقول: "انني آسف للكم الهائل من السياح الذين تركوا لبنان اثر الكشف عن المخالفات".
وشدد على عدم المساومة في مسألة وان الكشف عن المخالفات الغذائية مستمر حتى "يوم القيامة".
وطال في ردوده، نقيب اصحاب المطاعم والملاهي طوني رامي، الذي قال ان المعايير تختلف بين وزارة وأخرى، وبين منطقة وآخرى، فقال ابو فاعور: "اعتمدنا على معايير طبية للسلامة الغذائية".
وكشف وزير الصحة ان لقاء جمعه بنقيب مستوردي اللحمة الذي ابدى استعدادا للتعاون مع الوزارة.
اما عن نائب طرابلس، الوزير السابق، فيصل كرامي، الذي دافع عن حلويات "الحلاب"، فقال ابو فاعور: "تبين لنا اننا نتهجم على تراث طرابلس".
وشدد قائلاً "سنستمر بالتشهير بأي مؤسسة مخالفة وحين تعمل على اصلاح المخالفات سيتم الاعلان عن ذلك بالاعلام
واعلن عن لائحة جديدة من المؤسسات المخالفة غذائياً:
سوبر ماركت كيروز في جديدة غزير: طاووق مقانق لحمة مفرومة قصبة الدجاج غير مطابقة/ فخد الدجاج مطابق للمواصفات، والجبنة غير مطابقة للمواصفات.
Monoprix- جناح: الاسكالوب غير مطابق ويحتوي على السلمونيلا.
TSC- جناح: اللحمة المفرومة بقر برازيلي غبر مطابقة.
ابو جوزيف - جل الديب: مقانق طاووق كباب غير مطابقة.
ابو جهاد - جل الديب: كباب مقانق طاووق غير مطابقة.
الحلبي- أنطلياس: كفتة طاووق غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت عون- بولفار كميل شمعون: لحمة مفرومة فاهيتا طاووق غير مطابقة.
مؤسسة ورديني- ساحل علما: مقانق وسجق غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت دعفل-عشقوت: لحمة مفرومة وهمبرغر غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت-فالير: كفتة طاووق لحمة مفرومة غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت توبري: طاووق أحمر غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت فضول- كسروان: كفتة مقانق طاووق أحمر غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت أديلكو- كسروان: همبرغر لحمة مفرومة غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت ترست- كسروان: لحمة مفرومة كفته همبرغر غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت- هاشم كسروان: كفتة شاورما همبرغر غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت فهد- فرن الشباك: لحمة بقر وغنم غير مطابقة.
سوبر ماركت سبينس- الحازمية: لحمة مفرومة طاووق أبيض غير مطابقة.
من جهته، جدد رئيس "الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي" النائب وليد جنبلاط، عبر "تويتر" دعمه لأبو فاعور، قائلاً: "الدعم كل الدعم لوائل في مواجهة وزراء الفساد وكارتل المطاعم ووكلاؤهم .انها معركة حماية المواطن".
وفور انتهاء مؤتمر، رد وزير السياحة ميشال فرعون من السراي الحكومي على ابو فاعور، معتبراً ان المحاسبة للمؤسسات المخالفة، يجب ان تطال وزارة الصحة أيضاً التي تبيّن بعد اللائحة التي أعلن عنها انها كانت غائبة طوال 20 سنة.
ولفت الى انه يجب أخذ عينة ثانية من العينات المخالفة و التأكد من النتائج.
وأعلنت قوى الامن الداخلي عبر "تويتر" انه "تم تنظيم 32 محضر من أصل 39 مؤسسة مخالفة لوقف العمل في الأصناف الغير مطابقة".
وتابعت ان "العمل جار لاستكمال ما تبقى من مؤسسات مخالفة".
وكشف الوزير ابو فاعور الثلاثاء ان "لقمة اللبناني مغمسة اضافة الى العرق، بالأمراض والميكروبات، ورقابة الدولة قاصرة جدا"، معلناً أنه "سيتم توجيه إنذارات للمطاعم والقيام بمحاضر ضبط حول المخالفات التي يمكن أن تعالج".
وأعلن أنه سيطلب من وزير الداخلية نهاد المشنوق "إقفال الأقسام التي تحتوي الأصناف غير الصالحة في كل الأماكن التي ذكرناها إلى حين تصحيح وضعها".

Phil your insinuations are baseless, they did conduct inspections in these regions, and if there are violations they will report them:
“We will continue to announce the violating institutions until they fix the violations,” Abou Faour added, pointing out that health inspectors entered all areas including Beirut's southern suburbs of Dahiyeh and the eastern city of Baalbek.

Honorable Minister, please rest assured that the overwhelming majority of the Lebanese People stand by you. You are doing a fine job and we commend your decency and courage. Please Mr. Abou Faour, stick to your guns and do NOT cave in, your name is being written in gold, whereas the law breakers and the dirty ministers cannot enjoy this privilege. Another stupid comment of the so called Smarty. These info should be publish, any commercial website should be publishing its adress which should also be found in the chamber of commerce as well as its accounting. But in Lebanon, Medias and journalists are bought, Naharnet is not an exception. A well know website is even getting 500 000 USD on a trimestrial base from the US embassy. Yah that kind of press disturb me as it is more a propaganda press then a real one. We should not have been having journalist belonging nor being on the payroll of political parties and go back to the facts in order to properly inform the population and this is not the case in this country.

I am speechless for the past 2 days ever since I heard Abu Faour pointing out the violations and names of the offending supermarkets and restaurants . This is a real minister who cares about his country and fellow Lebanese , not like some of traitors , embezzlers , 2 timing thieves we have in this country who don't give a f,,,,, about anyone but themselves

We bring tourists to Lebanon, and food safety is far more important than the scandal. if one of our client on a tour gets food poisoning it would spoil the trip for everyone else on the bus, and make bad publicity for our next trip. We support and commend the fact that this ministry is seriously tackling the issue regardless of preferences. Finally someone with the courage needed in the right position.
