تداعيات "جريمة بتدعي" مستمرة مع وفاة صبحي فخري وجعجع يدعو أهاليها للهدوء

توفي صباح الاثنين، صبحي فخري متأثراً بجروح أصيب بها نتيجة اطلاق نار على منزله، يوم السبت، غداة اشتباكات بين الجيش اللبناني ومسلحين في بتدعي البقاعية، الأمر الذي دفع رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع إلى الدعوة للحفاظ على السلم الأهالي مؤكداً أنه سيتم "سوق المجرمين إلى العدالة".
وكان عدد من المسلحين من آل جعفر، وخلال فرارهم من الجيش، الذي كان يقوم بداهمة دار الواسعة بعلبك-بتدعي، قد أطلقوا النار على آل فخري بعد رفضهم تسليمهم سيارتهم بغية سرقتها.
واصيب جراء اطلاق النار فخري وزوجته نديمة مخزي التي ما لبثت ان توفيت السبت، فضلاً عن جرح ولدهما روميو.
واثر الحادثة، طالب أهالي بتدعي، آل جعفر بتسليم المسلحين، مهددين باللجوء الى الامن الذاتي والثأر في حال لم تلق الدولة القبض عليهم.
وعلّق جعجع الإثنين على الحادثو قائلا "عائلة بكاملها تم مهاجمتها لأن مجرمين هاربين من العدالة أحبوا أن يكملوا سجلهم باغتيال عائلة عن بكرة أبيها".
وأضاف "المجرمون سيساقوا إلى العدالة وقمت باتصالات مع المسؤولين الذين أكدوا التصميم على ملاحقة المجرمين حتى النهاية".
إلا أن جعجع طلب في الوقت عينه "من أهالي بتدعي ودير الأحمر أن يحافظوا على السلم الأهلي وعدم الإخلال بالأمن حتى النهاية فإذا كان للشر جولة فللقانون والحق والعدالة ألف جولة وجولة".
وإذ أسف "لبيان عشيرة آل جعفر الذين هم جيران منذ سنوات لكن بيانهم يجافي الحقيقة والواقع" متمنيا "الوقوف على خاطر الناس والمعتدى عليهم بدل التجني الفاضح".
وكان قد أسف آل جعفر لـ"استشهاد نديمة وصبحي فخري" شرحوا أن دخولهم "أحد المنازل، كان بغرض طلب الحماية والمساعدة كونهم على معرفة من عشرات السنين من أبناء" آل فخري، "فحصل تدافع داخل البيت وبدأ إطلاق النار من أكثر من جهة ما أدى الى استشهاد أخوة أعزاء" كما تابع البيان.
وعليه طلب جعجع "من المدعي العام في البقاع اعتبار هذا البيان بمثابة إخبار لأن هناك بعض الناس قرروا الوقوف مع المجرمين ضد الأبرياء الجالسين في بيوتهم".
وجدد الطلب "من الأهالي البقاء بهدوء عام" واعدا إياهم "بملاحقة المجرمين حتى آخر واخد منهم وسوقه إلى العدالة".
يُشار الى ان الجيش الذي ينفذ خطة أمنية في البقاع، قام يوم السبت، بدهم دار الواسعة في بعلبك وبلدة بريتال بعد ان تم تطويقها، حيث ضبط خلالها مخزنا للاسلحة وتم توقيف شخصين.

The Jaafar clan, however, issued a statement in which they voiced regret over “the martyrdom of Nadimeh and Sobhi Fakhri.
So where is this going? If proof indeed indicates, that this crime was committed by the same clan, Geagea claims did this.
