عون يدعو للتفاوض معه على "بقاء الجمهورية" وإلا فهو "باق في معركة" الرئاسة

دعا رئيس تكتل "التغيير والإصلاح" النائب ميشال عون إلى التفاوض معه "على بقاء الجمهورية" التي هي "في مسار إنحداري"، ملمحا إلى أنه لن ينسحب من معركة الرئاسة ما لم يتم "تغيير أساسي في أساليب الحكم".
وقال عون من الرابية بعد اجتماع التكتل عصر الثلاثاء "المشكلة ليست مشكلة انتخاب شخص لرئاسة الجمهورية بل انتخاب جمهورية وبقاء جمهورية وعلى هذا الأساس أفاوض من يكن وإلا أنا سأبقى في المعركة".
وما زال عون مرشح فريق "8 آذار" للرئاسة بوجه مرشح "14 آذار" رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع، ما أجل جلسة انتخاب الرئيس 15 مرة بسبب فقدان النصاب وعدم حضور نواب عون وحزب الله. ومركز الرئاسة شاغر منذ 25 أيار الفائت.
وعندما سئل عون في مؤتمره الصحفي عن دعوة جعجع للإتفاق بينهما على مرشح ثالث للرئاسة أجاب ضاحكا "لماذا لا تزورني معراب؟ أهلا وسهلا (بجعجع)".
وفسّر عون أنه "لا تحترم أي سلطة وتتم تغطية قرارات بقوانين يتلطون فيها"، مضيفا "ما نراه أن المؤسسات تهرب من إحقاق الحق ولا تطبق النصوص" القانونية.
وذكّر أن "البلد في وضع دقيق والودائع ستخف في لبنان"، داعيا إلى "تغيير أساسي في أساليب الحكم وضبط الإنفاق والواردات وتسوية ماليتنا".
كما استنكر رئيس أكبر كتلة مسيحية في البرلمان كيف أنه "عند كل محاولة تأليف حكومة هناك مشكلة لا حق لنا بوزارة سيادية ولا في مركز أول في الإدارات"، مردفاً "لا مناصفة في مجلس النواب ولا شراكة ولا توازن ولا قانون انتخاب يحترم بنود الوثيقة ولا إنماء متوازن وباختصار لا تطبيق للبنود الأساسية في الطائف".
ولفت قول عون "لماذا هذا المسار الإنحداري في ممارسة السلطة؟ لن يبقى الإتفاق قائما إذا لم تحترم بنوده".
وسأل "لماذا لم نستخرج النفط حتى الآن؟ لما لم نقم بأنبوب الغاز؟ لأنه يكلف 400 مليون دولار ويوفر مليار دولار من إنتاج النفط؟ لماذا وصلت خسارة الكهرباء إلى 28 مليار دولار؟ لماذا ليس لدينا مياه؟"، ليخلص إلى القول "إتفاق الطائف لم ينفذ والتعامل الكيدي ليس أخلاقيا".
وأكمل عون الإعراب عن استيائه إلى حد أنه قال "لا يمكن أن أعيش في هذا البلد وأرفض أسلوب العيش الذي يأتي من ممارسات الخارج علينا. هذا الأمر غير مقبول".
وختم مكررا للمرة الثانية "نحن مستعدون للمفاوضات وتاريخنا يكون ضمانة لكل المواطنين".
