بري يكشف عن جلسة وزارية "قريبة" لملف النفط

كشف رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري عن ان مجلس الوزراء سيعقد "قريباً" جلسة وزارية لإقرار المرسومين المتعلقين بالثروة النفطية.
ونقلت الصحف المحلية، الاثنين، عن بري قوله ان أجواء ايجابية تلف الملف النفطي، الذي "وصع على السكة الصحيحة".
وأشار الى ان الحكومة ستخصص "قريباً جلسة لإقرار المرسومين المتعلقين بالثروة النفطية إضافة الى مشاريع القوانين المتصلة بها".
وشدد على انه "فور إحالة هذه المشاريع الى مجلس النواب، سيدعو الى جلسة تشريعية للبحث فيها".
من هنا، اعلن بري ان المجلس النيابي سيعقد جلسة تشريعية في مطلع العام المقبل، للبت في عدد من القوانين المنجزة، موضحاً انه كان قد شكل لجنة نيابية لمتابعة تطبيق هذه القوانين، لافتا الانتباه الى انه طلب منها عقد مؤتمر صحافي في مطلع العام الجديد لعرض القوانين المجمدة.
يُذكر انه، في تموز 2013 تمكنت الحكومة من تثبيت سيادتها على 530 كيلومتراً مربعاً من منطقة لبنان الاقتصادية الخالصة من أصل 854 هي موضع تنازع مع إسرائيل، بعدما استطاعت انتزاع اعتراف من الولايات المتحدة والامم المتحدة بحق لبنان في هذه المساحة من بحره.
من الجدير بالذكر ان بري يطالب ومنذ حكومة الرئيس نجيب ميقاتي، حين كان جبران باسيل وزيراً للطاقة بتلزيم البلوكات النفطية دفعة واحدة، الا ان الاخير كان يصر على البدء بتلزيم البلوكات النفطية المحازية لاسرائيل، وقد وضع مرسومين لهذه الغاية مطالباً بعقد جلسة حكومية لبتهما. والمرسوم الأول يتعلق بإطلاق التراخيص للشركات التي ستلتزم "البلوكات"، وهو أنجز بعد تشكيل هيئة ادارة قطاع البترول.
أما المرسوم الثاني، فكان قد أقر في العام 2010، أي قبل تشكيل الهيئة، وهو عبارة عن اتفاقية تقاسم الانتاج مع الشركات التي ستكون مسؤولة بعد انتهاء المناقصات عن أعمال الحفر والتنقيب والاستخراج. ويحتاج هذا المرسوم الى قانون يصدر عن مجلس النواب، لكي يصبح ساري المفعول.

You can talk about Sanioura and Mustaqbal being corrupt and I don't care because I don't support them. However what can you say about Ouwwet? They said if Hezbollah is included in the cabinet then they wouldn't join it. Hezbollah was included in the cabinet and Ouwwet kept their word and stayed out of the cabinet while Mustaqbal and Kataeb joined. Geagea said something and did it without folding to his Saudi paymasters.

Ouwwet's priorities are not stealing from the ministries like the rest of the parties. The cabinet formation took months because they were arguing about which ministries they get to control so they can steal from them. First it was Hezbollah complaining about Mustaqbal getting the defence and interior, then it was Aoun barking about his oil ministry

Meanwhile what has your senile general done? He complained about extending Parliament's term and calls it illegal, yet he's still using the seats to boycott. If he was a man of his word - which he sure as hell ain't - he would resign, as would Kataeb since they're also complaining. But no Aoun is just talking the talk without walking the walk
