Its a myth that sadr was moderate, he was of iranian origin and syrias man in lebanon. In 2004, upon the request of Tripoli again, another prosecutor considered reopening the case, and again evidence did not convince him to file a case before the Tribunal (and again the judge agreed). Passports found in Rome beared different pictures. Sadr was travelling in civiian clothes. Also Sadr family is convinced that he never arrived to Italy. Thanks for not spreading false rumors.
