"التغيير والاصلاح" يرى أن غياب بند التعيينات عن جلسة الخميس "مخالفة": سنحضر لنناقش الامر

أعلن تكتل "التغيير والاصلاح" أن بند التعيينات الامنية والعسكرية غير موجود على جدول أعمال الجلسة الحكومية التي دعا اليها رئيس الحكومة تماما سلام الخميس، معتبرا الامر "مخالفة دستورية وقانونية"، الا انه أكد حضور لجلسة "لمناقشة هذا الامر بالذات".
وقال التكتل على لسان النائب ابراهيم كنعان بعد اجتماع الثلاثاء "تبين لنا من خلال جدول الاعمال ان بند التعيينات غير موجود في الجدول، لذلك نعلن تمسكنا بوقفنا من الملف".
ورأى ان "عدم تضمين جدول الأعمال هذا البند أي التعيينات مخالفة دستورية وقانونية".
وشرح كنعان أن المخالفة القانونية "بمعنى تجاوز السلطة، و مخالفة دستورية لانه يتعارض مع موقف عدد من الكتل الوازنة في الحكومة التي تطالب بادراج هذا البند".
عليه، شدد على أن "التجاهل لهذ بند التعيينات يعطل الحكومة في ظل اوضاع استثنائية يمر بها لبنان".
الا أن كنعان عاد وأوضح في رد على سؤال أن التكتل سيحضر جلسة مجلس الوزراء الخميس، لكن حضوره سيكون من أجل مناقشة جدول الأعمال وغياب بند التعيينات عنه.
ويطالب "التغير والاصلاح" ببت ملف التعيينات منذ فترة وسبق ان أكد رفضه تمرير أي بند في الحكومة قبل حل الملف. لكن سلام واغلية الكتل السياسية عملت جاهدا من أجل تجنب شلل الحكومة وتعطيلها حتى نهاية شهر رمضان.
وحول جولة الامس الاثنين الذي قام بها كنعان على عدد من الأحزاب المسيحية (مردة قوات لبنانية وكتائب) بشأن الاستطلاع الرئاسي المقترح من رئيس التكتل النائب ميشال عون، صرح "هناك نقطة مشتركة بينبين "القوات" و"المردة" على مبدأ الاستطلاع وإن سجلت بعض الملاحظات.
وعن موقف "الكتائب" من الاستطلاع قال كنعا "عارضنا معارضة الكتائب لكن اعتبرنا ان العودة الى المسيحيين في استحقاق رئاسي غابت عنه الارادة المسيحية على مدى ربع قرن أمر أساسي ولا يخالف الدستور".
و وصف الاستطلاع بـ"العمل الديمقراطي الرائع"، داعيا الى "التعاطي معه بايجابية من قبل المعارضين"، مضيفا "إنه يذكر كل الاطراف ان هناك شركاء في الوطن وشعب يجب العودة اليه".
وفي هذا الاطار رفض كنعان باسم التكتل "التهرب من المسؤولية وتجاوز ارادة الناس والمسيحيين بأعذار باتت معروفة من الأخير".

Which party is most influential?? Is that the survey question?? Such a useless question. Politics is about concrete certain issues. Like who to elect; which programs to pursue; where to spend public money, for which purposes; how to raise public money, from which sources. This question is incoherent.
As I have written here before, if the piper pose of the exercise is to bring the Lebanese people into the process to elect a President, then the only way to do that is to put the candidates names on a ballot, let them campaign in an election Primary and then submit the top names to Parliament for a final vote. This is concrete.

The other day I happened to catch Donald Trump presidential announcement speech and in between the hysterical laughter and the complete disbelief something was nagging me but what was it. I said to myself, self where have you seen this utter lunacy before? Then it hit me, HOLLY CRAP IT'S MICHEL AOUN! This one had a different face on and what looks like a dead orangutan on his head but that complete madness in his eyes and crazy incoherent speech were unmistakable.
