تنفيذ اتفاق هدنة لمدة 48 ساعة بين حزب الله والمجموعات المقاتلة في سوريا

بدأ تنفيذ اتفاق الهدنة الذي أبرمته مجموعات اسلامية مع قوات موالية للنظام في سوريا من بينها حزب الله عند الساعة السادسة من صباح الاربعاء لمدة 48 ساعة في عدة مدن سورية.
وقال مدير المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان رامي عبد الرحمن لوكالة"فرانس برس" "انه تم تطبيق اتفاق وقف اطلاق النار في الزبداني (ريف دمشق)، والفوعة وكفريا (ريف ادلب) في شمال غرب البلاد عند الساعة السادسة صباح اليوم".
وكان عبد الرحمن اشار الى ابرام اتفاق بين الطرفين على "وقف لاطلاق النار لمدة 48 ساعة في الزبداني"، لافتا الى ان "الاتفاق تم بين مقاتلين من تنظيم احرار الشام ومقاتلين محليين من جهة وايران وحزب الله من جهة اخرى".
وشن حزب الله هجوما عنيفا في الشهر الفائت لطرد جماعات المعارضة من الزبداني.
وما زالت بلدتا الفوعة وكفريا في محافظة ادلب (شمال غرب) حيث الاكثرية من الشيعة، تحت سيطرة النظام ويحاصرهما مقاتلو المعارضة.
واشار عبد الرحمن الى عدم التوصل بعد الى اتفاق نهائي يتعلق بخروج آمن للمقاتلين من الزبداني وادخال المواد الطبية والغذائية الى كفريا والفوعة.
وسبق ان تم اقرار فترات هدنة في عدد من المناطق السورية لافساح المجال امام نقل المواد الغذائية والطبية الى المناطق المحاصرة.
وأدى النزاع في سوريا منذ انطلاقه في اذار الى مقتل اكثر من 240 الف شخص ونزوح الملايين.
