احالة 3 أشخاص الى المحكمة العسكرية في جرم التعامل مع اسرائيل

ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على ثلاثة أشخاص في جرم التعامل مع اسرائيل.
وأوضحت الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام أن الثالث الذي ادعى عليه صقر غير موقوف بل فار من وجه العدالة وموجود في اسرائيل.
والادعاء جاء على خلفية جرم التعامل مع اسرائيل ومراقبة أماكن وجود شخصيات سياسية ودينية وعسكرية تحضيرا للقيام بأعمال ارهابية سندا الى المواد 278 و283/284 عقوبات.
وأحالهم القاضي صقر الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.
والاحد أوقف الأمن العام رجلا من التابعية السورية وزوجته اللبنانية وآخر لبناني أيضا في الجنوب، اعترفوا جميعا بتعاملهم مع العدو وبمراقبة شخصيات أمنية وعسكرية.
