المستقبل: نحن أمام مرشحين من دون انتخابات

استدعى رئيس تيار المستقبل سعد الحريري كلا من الرئيس فؤاد السنيورة والوزيرين أشرف ريفي ونهاد المشنوق والنائب سمير الجسر ومدير مكتبه نادر الحريري الى مقر إقامته في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث تمت مناقشة تفصيلية لخطوة ترشيح القوات الللبنانية للنائب ميشال عون وارتداداتها وطريقة التعامل معها.
وفي حين اكتفت مصادر في تيار المستقبل بالإشارة الى أن بيان كتلة نواب التيار بعد اجتماعها بعد ظهر الثلثاء «هو الترجمة الفعلية لوقائع الاجتماع» معربة عن «الارتياح للمصالحة التي جرت»، ومؤكّدة أنها «تلتزم توجّهات الرئيس الحريري في هذا الشأن انطلاقاً من أن الكلمة الفصل في هذا الملف تبقى للمجلس النيابي، في ظل النظام الديمقراطي وتحت سقف الدستور»، ذكرت مصادر أخرى اطلعت على تفاصيل الاجتماع، أنه بخلاف البيان المنمّق الذي تحاشى الصدام مع القوات اللبنانية، فقد كان الحريري واضحاً في أن «الرد المبكّل على ما جرى هو التمسّك بدعم ترشيح سليمان فرنجية للرئاسة»، ولكن «من دون استعجال».
وأوضحت المصادر أن «الحريري ناقش بكل هدوء كل الاحتمالات الممكنة في المرحلة المقبلة»، وشدّد على «أهمية مواقف حزب الله والرئيس نبيه برّي والنائب وليد جنبلاط والمسيحيين المستقلين ممّا حصل». وشدد على ان «تيار المستقبل مستمر في دعم فرنجية للرئاسة». لكنه، بحسب المصادر، «لن يعلن ذلك رسمياً، لأنه لا يرى ضرورة لحرق المراحل، وليس هناك من داعٍ للاستعجال». وهو اعتبر «أننا، اليوم، أمام مرشحَين من دون انتخابات، لأن من المستبعد أن يؤمّن أي منهما الأصوات المطلوبة، ولا حتى النصاب لعقد أي جلسة انتخابية، إن لم تكُن هناك ضمانة للوصول إلى القصر الرئاسي. وحتى الآن لا مؤشرات على اتفاق الفريقين».
ورأت مصادر المجتمعين في السعودية بأن بأن «ما حصل لن يكون أكثر من عملية خلط أوراق». ولم تنف المصادر أن الحريري فوجئ بالخطوة القواتية، وقد «أخذ هذا الموقف حيزاً واسعاً من النقاش خلال الاجتماع، حيث اعتبر المجتمعون أن في خطوة جعجع مخاطرة لم يحسبها جيداً. فماذا لو أقدم الفريق الآخر على خطوة غير محسوبة ووصل عون فعلاً إلى قصر بعبدا؟ فهل سيعتبر جعجع نفسه رابحاً فعلاً؟». أما في ما يتعلق بالموقف السعودي من خطوة جعجع، فتؤكد المصادر أن الحريري قطع أمام زواره الشك باليقين، مؤكداً «عدم الرضى السعودي، وأن الفيتو على عون لا يزال قائماً».
النقاش تطرق أيضاً الى أن «جعجع خسر الشارع المستقبلي المسلم المستاء من خطوته رغم فوزه بشريحة كبيرة من الشارع المسيحي». ورغم الاتفاق على ضرورة عدم خروج الاستياء المستقبلي إلى العلن، إلا أن «الغلطة» لن تمُر من دون ثمن. والثمن الذي ستدفعه القوات اللبنانية، بحسب المصادر، هو «الجفاء» الذي سيتعاطى به تيار المستقبل مع «حليفه السابق». فقد تقرر في الاجتماع «وقف زيارات وزراء المستقبل ونوابه لمعراب، وكذلك الاجتماعات التي كان يعقدها السنيورة مع النائب جورج عدوان في بيت الوسط». أما الاتصالات بين الحريري وجعجع «فلا حاجة لها في هذه المرحلة»!
وخلصت مصادر تيار المستقبل الى أن «ما تمّ بين جعجع وعون سيؤثر في الساحة المسيحية، لكنه لن يحرك ساكناً في ملف الرئاسة»، وما قاله «الوزير نهاد المشنوق من قلب معراب عن أن القرار الإقليمي والدولي غير ناضج حالياً لانتخاب رئيس للجمهورية» يختصر كل المشهد، على ما تقول المصادر.

I don't have a problem with mustakbal not wanting aoun. That is democracy and each to their own. That is why we have elections. The issue is and has been hezbollah and aoun not wanting to elect aoun by refraining from attending the scheduled sessions. But I've never seen an actual concrete sign of Hezbollah making a decision that was not dictated by their principles and the interests of Lebanon.

"an uncalculated risk". Well, that tells a story. Saad has rather unabashedly assumed the patent role of Saudi surrogate to the counsels of the Lebanese Government. Because KSA is not on board with the Lebanese Presidency being determined, then Saad leads Mustaqbel into boycott? He has been out of the country too long. His loyalty rather openly lies with KSA. If one is Lebanese, then Lebanon should be the first priority, the last priority, the middling priority - The Priority.
The vacuum in state institutions must end in Lebanon so that it is not absorbed into Iran as some sort of western colony on the Mediterranean. Sure Aoun is a poor choice. Franghieh is worse. Geagea can't get elected. So take Mashnoon, he will not live forever.
