جنبلاط: المتهم الأساسي بمحاولة اغتيالي هو النظام السوري

أبدى رئيس الحزب التقدمي الإشتراكي النائب وليد جنبلاط اعتقاده بأن صاحب المصلحة الأكبر في التخلص منه هو "النظام السوري الذي ازداد قوة بعد التطورات الميدانية على جبهات القتال".
وقال جنبلاط: "أنا أقيم معظم الوقت في المختارة، تقيداً بالنصائح الأمنية، ولولا اضطراري إلى إجراء عملية بسيطة في إحدى عينيّ، ما كنت لآتي الى كليمنصو في هذا الظرف".
وكشف جنبلاط عن أنه تلقى منذ فترة تحذيرات من جهات أمنية رسمية جدّية، "ما فرض عليّ عدم التحرك إلا في حدود ضيقة جداً"، مؤكدا أن "حزب الله" نصحه كذلك بأن يأخذ جانب الحيطة والحذر ويخفف من تنقلاته.
ورأى جنبلاط أنه مهما تعدّدت تسميات المجموعات التي تحاول اغتياله فان المتهم الأساسي يبقى من وجهة نظره هو النظام السوري، مشيرا الى أن الذين كانوا يحمونه في سوريا لم يعودوا موجودين، من حكمت الشهابي إلى غازي كنعان وآخرين.
وأقر جنبلاط بأن "بشار الأسد انتصر في حلب مستفيداً من تخلّي معظم المجتمع الدولي عن الشعب السوري"، وقال: "لاحقاً سينقض على إدلب، وهذا يعني أن تأثيره في لبنان سيزداد، وأن القبضة الإيرانية- السورية على البلد ستشتدّ".

He already looks like a cadaver. Really, who would know the difference if he was "assassinated"? It could be a Lebanese version of Weekend at Bernie's . His People could just prop him up somewhere and act as if he was still alive. It would be better that way, Nobody would have to listen to him anymore. a rational way of approaching such matters would be to start with facts and logical deductions, and then assess the claims and accusation accordingly. not deny plain and obvious facts based on random claims.
that there is as much explosives in lebanon as anyone could ever need is a fact, and has been a fact for a very long time. and if ever there was a shortage, no high ranking politician would ever need to personally transport them in his car, they would send some nobodies to take the risks in exchange for a few hundred bucks.
that's exactly why i think the samaha case was shady, and many other shadowy and/or dubious points surrounding the case make me think he was set-up.
