توقيف لبناني بتهمة نقل اسلحة الى "الجيش السوري الحر"

اصدر قاضي التحقيق العسكري عماد الزين، مذكرة وجاهية بتوقيف اللبناني حسين ع.، في جرم نقل اسلحة الى "الجيش السوري الحر"، عبر مشاريع القاع الحدودية.
ووقع اطلاق نار ليلاً من مواقع الجيش السوري باتجاه منطقة وادي خالد اللبنانية الواقعة على الحدود الشمالية مع محافظة حمص، بحسب ما افاد مصدر امني وكالة "فرانس برس".
وفي البقاع، افاد مسؤول محلي الوكالة ان "اصوات اطلاق نار سمعت ليل امس في منطقة القاع الحدودية" مشيراً الى ان اطلاق النار "وقع في الاراضي السورية ولم يصب الاراضي اللبنانية".
ومنطقة القاع اللبنانية يقابلها من الجانب السوري مدينة القصير في ريف حمص والقرى المحيطة بها.
ومنذ منتصف تموز، شددت القوات السورية الاجراءات الامنية على الحدود مع لبنان بداعي وقف تهريب السلاح، فيما تؤكد تقارير اخرى انها تسعى ايضا لمنع تسلل معارضين وجنود منشقين.
ووقعت خلال الاشهر الماضية عمليات توغل عدة للجيش السوري في اراض لبنانية من جهتي الشمال والشرق تخللها اطلاق نار اسفر عن مقتل ثلاثة اشخاص. واثارت هذه العمليات انتقادات من المعارضة اللبنانية المناهضة لدمشق ومن دول غربية والامم المتحدة.
واقدم الجيش السوري على زرع الغام مرات عدة في مناطق حدودية مع شمال لبنان وشرقه انفجر بعضها واسفر عن اصابة عدد من الاشخاص بجروح.
وسبق تشديد الاجراءات على الحدود لجوء حوالى خمسة الاف سوري الى لبنان هربا من اعمال العنف التي ترافق الانتفاضة الشعبية السورية المطالبة باسقاط نظام الرئيس بشار الاسد والمستمرة منذ اكثر من سنة.

The weapons brought in for Hizballah are used to defend the country against Israel (does M14 still considers Israel as the enemy?)The weapons taken out of the country are used to arm the Salafis in Syria, so there is really no room to compare. NB: also no one was ever caught for smuggling weapons neither to Harriri and co (remember during the famous May7 both parties had weapons but Hizballah used his better) nor to LF or PSP so the unfortunate situation is found all over the country

This is my point exactly. If they wanted Lebanon, why didn't they do it that day. I guess they were not in the mood. Or it was not scheduled for that day. I guess they screwed themselves, because Bashar regime will fall by M14 predictions and the rest of the world, then they will attack Hizballah and disarm them, because they are weak without Bashar.

I agree with Benzona 100% and it's time for all Lebanese to sit on a round table with no conditions and come up with a good defense strategy to protect Lebanon from Israel and give peace of mind to M14 parties. i think what FPM and Hizbullah created in 2005 is an excellent basis to start from, and for those with better ideas let them come forward
