شعر سكان الساحل اللبناني من الشمال الى الجنوب مساء الجمعة بهزة أرضية بقوة 5.5 درجات على مقياس ريختر.
وأفادت الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام أن " الأهالي شعروا منذ بعض الوقت بهزة أرضية خفيفة امتدت على 3 مراحل، وتراوحت الفترة بين الهزة والأخرى ثلاث ثوان".
وقالت أن الهزة ضربت "عدد من المناطق اللبنانية، ولا سيما في بيروت وعكار وراشيا والجنوب وجبل لبنان وطرابلس وزغرتا".
وذكر مركز "بحنس لرصد الهزات والزلازل" أن "قوة الهزة بلغت 5,5 درجات على مقياس ريختر، ووقعت على بعد 130 كلم في عرض البحر، مقابل بيروت".
وأفاد المركز أن سكان قبرص قد شعروا بالهزة.
