تقارير: المولوي أكد في التحقيق أنه لم يغادر لبنان ولا ينتمي لأي تنظييم إرهابي

أكدت أوساط الدفاع عن الموقوف شادي المولوي أنه أصر على نفيه الادعاء المسند إليه أثناء معاودة استجوابه الخميس أمام قاضي التحقيق العسكري نبيل وهبة في حضور وكيله المحامي محمد حافظة.
وقالت الأوساط لصحيفة "الحياة" الجمعة إن محور التحقيق مع المولوي يتركز حول اشتراكه في القتال مع الجيش السوري الحر ضمن "كتيبة الفاروق" ضد الجيش السوري النظامي الأمر الذي نفاه المولوي مؤكداً أنه لم يغادر لبنان مطلقاً حتى إلى سوريا.
ووفق هذه الأوساط، تحدث المولوي أثناء استجوابه عن العلاقة التي تربطه بالشيخ القطري عبد العزيز عطية واللبناني حمزة محمود طربيه اللذين تركا الاثنين الماضي بسندي إقامة فأوضح أن الأول الذي حضر إلى لبنان لإجراء عملية جراحية عرض عليه مساعدة النازحين السوريين ولم يتلق منه أموالاً لمساندة الثورة السورية إنما مبلغاً زهيداً بهدف تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية للنازحين.
أما طربيه، فكان المولوي اشترى من محل يملكه لبيع أجهزة الهاتف الخليوي في طرابلس خط تشريج هاتف خليوي.
وعن علاقته بالأردني الموقوف عبد الملك عثمان عبد السلام، فقال المولوي إن عبد السلام سأله عن العائلات النازحة من سورية بهدف مساعدتها ولم يكن على علم بأن الأخير ينتمي إلى تنظيم "القاعدة" أو إلى أي تنظيم إرهابي آخر.
كما نفى المولوي بدوره انتماءه إلى أي تنظيم أصولي.
وفي هذا الإطار، أجرى القاضي وهبة الخميس مقابلة بين المولوي وعبد السلام.
وكان المحامي حافظة تقدم بطلب لتخلية سبيل موكله المولوي وأحيل إلى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر لإبداء الرأي في شأنه قبل أن يبت به القاضي وهبة الجمعة.
من جهته، دعا القاضي صقر صقر الى عدم استباق نتائج التحقيق قائلاً لصحيفة "الجمهورية" إنّ الملف سيكون بين يديه الجمعة وسيتّخذ في ضوئه "القرار المناسب"، مشيراً إلى "أنّ القرار يعود في النهاية الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري".
وردّاً على سؤال حول إمكانية إطلاق المولوي أشار صقر الى "أنّ التحقيق في هذا الموضوع سرّي"، مكرّراً الدعوة الى عدم استباقه، ومؤكّداً "أنّ الوقت هو الكفيل وحده بجلاء الصورة".
والسبت الماضي، اندلعت الاشتباكات في طرابلس اثر توقيف شادي المولوي على يد الامن العام، للاشتباه بتورطه في "الارهاب"، فيما ينفي رفاقه ومقربون منه هذه التهمة، قائلين انه اوقف لانه يساند الاحتجاجات في سوريا.
وادى توقيفه الى اندلاع اشتباكات في طرابلس، والتي استمرت ثلاثة ايام واسفرت عن مقتل تسعة اشخاص وجرح حوالي 50 شخصاً، وتركزت بين منطقتي جبل محسن ذات الغالبية العلوية المؤيدة للنظام السوري وباب التبانة ذات الغالبية السنية المؤيدة لحركة الاحتجاج السورية.

The lebanese army behavior of May 7th, the release of fayez karam, the murder of sameer 7ana, the murder of hariri and having the 4 suspects free under the government nose, all this oppression and double standards and treating people like 3rd class citizens eventualy lead to fundamentalism on the other side. don t you think it is syria and their propaganda who are trying to make people believe that the north is a terrorist salafist region thus justifying any future military action against the north? there are extremists in the north but as everywhere in lebanon!

I agree with innocent until proven guilty. But how about the 4 Hizballah guys, you talk about them, like it is a done deal, guilty beyond any reasonable doubt. On another subject, when the US blow up an alleged terrorist using their drones, with no court of any sort, no reaction from the islamists. But when it comes to the poor Lebanese army, whether M8 or M14 affiliate has to get an approval first.

F.T, the 4 hizzie suspects were accused after years of investigation by state of the art world approved agency (world including your russia idiot), no one is saying they are guilty but the world is saying they should be arrested and face trial where they can have proper defense (hiding in da7iye does not prove innocence at all). Also they do not allow you to open a liquor store in their areas and blow up the ones that are already open(I know that first hand).... meanwhile they sneak into areas where alcohol is allowed to consume it. Amongst other things not allowed.... so YES they are extremists as well.
